Amazing service from start to finish! I enquired about getting some decorative pieces created after Gaudio had already created some company awards and they delivered beyond our expectations.
Other companies I'd spoken to didn't quite understand what we were looking for but Jamie and Jake were a pleasure to deal with. I'll be using them in the future and can't recommend them enough.

Gaudio has been my go-to for awards at various events throughout the year, consistently delivering them in pristine condition and right on schedule. The team has been incredibly supportive with all my requirements. Extra thanks to Jamie!

Our charity has a long-standing relationship with Gaudio who produce approximately 125 trophies for us every year, in 2 designs. We have had some delivery issues though these are the courier's not Gaudio's but in response to this happening in one year, Gaudi put in place a tracking list for our team to be able to use the subsequent years. Communication is always good, and we are happy with the service we receive.

Great company to work with. Always helpful and professional and what to achieve the best they can. There are so many designs, styles and materials to chose from. Our account manager Jamie is very helpful and we have been happy with the awards Gaudio have produced for us.

We always require last minute changes and amendments which Gaudio always delivery to the highest standard. As a company they go above and beyond to meet our requirements.

I gave Gaudio a description of what I wanted and suprise, surprise they nailed it. A one off item for my sister-in -laws 50th Wedding Anniversary. I received it today (ahead of time) and it's beautiful. Couldn't have asked for anything better and because it's what I requested it's also unique. Can't praise them enough. Kept in contact the whole way through the process allowing me to approve or change things if I wanted to. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICE.

We placed a very large order for personalised awards for an annual event that we hold. The customer service we received from Gaudio is second to none and the quality of the awards is fantastic in addition to this the professionalism of the team at Gaudio that we dealt with was superb and they are a credit to the company.
