I strongly do not recommend ordering from GAUGE81.

Item: Gravia Black – Deep V dress, size 40
Amount: EUR 246.50
I received the item and immediately tried to return it within the legal return period. The item is unused, in its original condition, and ready to be returned.
However, GAUGE81’s return portal does not work properly and does not allow me to submit a return request. I contacted their customer service several times by email, Instagram direct messages and public comments, but received no response at all.
They did not provide a return address, return instructions, or any return reference / RMA number. I am ready to pay for the return shipping myself, but the company simply does not provide any way to complete the return.
I also found public insolvency records indicating that GAUGE81 B.V. was declared bankrupt in the Netherlands and that the bankruptcy was later terminated due to lack of assets. At the same time, the website still identifies GAUGE81 B.V. as the seller. This raises serious concerns.
Because the company does not respond and effectively blocks the return process, I had to file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre Italy and open a card dispute / chargeback request with my bank.
This is unacceptable for an online retailer. Customers should be able to return items within the legal return period, especially when the company itself publishes a return policy on its website.
