I ordered a Christmas present on the 11th of December and it arrived within a few days. Because of course closures the recipient of the present didn’t try the top on until early Feb, at which point we found it was ever so slightly too small. Chris at Gaulf did not hesitate in having it back off us and exchanging for the next size up which again arrived within a few days of our communication! Will definitely be back!

Really pleased with the speed of delivery . Customer service was extremely good , with Chris changing the size of my product before delivery (as I ordered the wrong size). Very prompt on answering my query and the top itself was excellent quality. My brother loved it. Only took one star off because the wrong colour arrived . This is probably because I changed the size and honestly didn’t matter to the recipient so it wasn’t an issue :) thank you!!

Ordered a golf top and golf gloves on 5th Dec for my dad a Christmas present received the golf top 2 weeks later but no golf gloves now December 24th not received the golf gloves.
