Ignored my message to leave it with neighbour, and was left outside for 3 days
Item arrived promptly, but I wasn't in and messaged them to ensure delivery would go to neighbour. They ignored my message and delivery person left it on the drive outdoors for 3 days. Luckily it didnt get stolen.
