Excellent support, advice, planning and project management from start to finish. The product is superb and in this area (National Landscape) people have often commented on how sympathetic this elegant solution is to solar energy generation, without the need for solid and obvious solar panels.

The company was very informative. The workmen on the job were always polite and considerate. Sam always kept us updated and informed on what would be happening and made sure everything was running smoothly.

I was well informed about what was being done and when. As I work nights they tried to make as little noise as possible while installing the panels and batteries in the attic, they was on time every time they arrived at my house. I had plenty of contact with Sam who was very helpful and answered all my questions . Sam also called to check if I was happy with the installation and the workmen. The only thing I’m not happy with is it hasn’t saved me as much as I thought it would.

GB-Sol did an excellent job co-ordinating an installation programme which my grandmother was part of. Sam was really helpful and kept us up to date with appointment’s and processes. The pre and post appointment customer engagement has been great. Thanks for making this easy for an elderly resident.

Clean tidy excellent work very polite

They were so efficient, we were kept informed, if it was raining windy and they couldn't continue, we had a phone cal apologising and explaining what was happening. All of the men involved in the installation were polite curious and very friendly, from the gentle man in charge to the contractors.

The whole process was seamless from scaffolding to final electrical hook- up. Everyone was professional and the pride they took in their work was obvious.

I placed my enquiry regarding potential installation of an infinity roof on my property during the evening. Next day I received a call from Ed. He gave me the best advice on my options to the detriment on his business. Ed helped me avoid spending a stupid amount of money on something which would not work for my house. Will definitely use in the future when I have the right conditions. Highly recommended!

Very good overall. Some supply-chain issues led to delays in installing and commissioning the system and while it was clear that these were outside of the direct control of GB-Sol, perhaps their management of their suppliers could be improved. The overall solution is well-designed and implemented and just what we need! I would not hesitate to recommend GB-Sol.

I worked with GB Sol to integrate solar panels in to the design and build of a stables conversion in the yard of a listed building in a conservation area. It was not an easy process and neither the builders nor my architect had the expertise to advise me re the best route forward. I chose to work with GB Sol originally because I was hoping to use their solar slate product but we could not achieve the pitch required on the roof to use these. But having started the conversation with GB Sol and found them so helpful I decided to use their integrated solar panels. The result is fantastic. They look really sleek and discrete on the roof. GB Sol were easy to work with and have been great with advice post installation. We are delighted with the end result as well as with the resulting energy which offsets the bills on our main house as well as the separate stables building and charges our car. (On a sunny day our house is self sufficient. The only down side of this is I feel like I need to stay in and do all the washing etc to make use of the free energy!) I'm not sure that the investment in batteries will have been worth it. I wanted to do this to make our old, energy hungry home as sustainable as possible but if I was doing it again I think I would just install the solar, use it and send any extra back to the grid. I would also have tried to get permission for a double array rather than the single row 7 panel array I got planning permission for as the energy production on a sunny day is amazing so it seems crazy that we are not using the roof to produce even more...
