They were easily the cheapest for a bag I wanted on eBay, and when their courier let us both down by not delivering on the expected day, they got in touch straight away to tell me when it was out for delivery. Very impressive.

Was told they posted my parcel on the 2nd August, it is now the 8th and still waiting so asked and received a refund. Wouldn’t buy a thing again from them nor trust them to tell the truth.
