Probably the best service I have ever received. I was looking to order training gear for a full squad with different sizes, initials, club logo etc. every question was answered simply and if there was a size out of stock or item discontinued an alternative was offered. Could not rate any higher. Will absolutely be using again for new players and kit in the future. 7 out of 7.

The quality of kit is very good and the printing appears to be of a good standard.
Marked down due to the size guide not working on the website and also the delivery times are lengthy but communicated well.
The reply below from GB Kits is inaccurate as I had no issues with the kit. It appears there is some confusion around which order they are feeding back on which only highlights the issue around the kit size guide. Hope the customer involved receives good service.

Thank you for the feedback. We will check the link on our site for the size guide provided by Joma and will fix any issues. Items were delivered within the timeframes mentioned on the site and we are also working with yourself to provide an alternative size at cost as personalised items cannot be exchanged. The smaller pants will be dispatched before the end of the week.
Following on from the customers response. We would like to thank him for highlighting the error with the page link which has been rectified and the other issue we are dealing with is from the same club so apologies for the confusion. Delivery time of approx 2 weeks for a personalised team order (1 item) is better than the industry norm and we will strive to improve our lead times where possible.
