I ordered a set of earring pendants and a ring as a gift for my wife for our first anniversary. After waiting over six weeks, the order arrived long after the occasion—and to make things worse, the pendants were incomplete. The site showed a pair, but I only received one.

I reached out to customer service immediately, but here we are, weeks later, and I still haven't heard anything back. For a company with their reputation, this level of service and lack of communication is simply unacceptable. I expected better.
