It is not often that you can phone the mobile of one of the company's owners but here you can. Needed to know that the item was in stock and would get here on time. Spoke with Kate who was so helpful and made a personal commitment to get the plaque sent and was true to her word. No, the products are not cheap but the quality is excellent. You get what you pay for but if you want cheap head to Amazon. If you want what is basically a work of art you could do a lot worse than buy from this company. The plaque arrived promptly and well packaged and - whilst as a true blue Fox it broke my heart - I am sure the Forest supporting recipient will be more than happy.
