Product arrived promptly with issues
Product arrived promptly, 3M tape to secure spoiler had come out of the box leaving a tear and creased. I informed GTB and it was a chore to replace the tape. It arrived with some further creases and was deformed in places. Some of the pieces were crushed and flattened to half thickness thus reducing adhesion properties.
Response: The second delivery of tape was not as you say, the box was slightly smaller than the biggest / widest piece of tape, it also had a crease across it.
None of the five pieces were flat and as stated above crushed. It is the second item I have ordered with small issues but far too many emails between us to resolve the matter. I cannot state anything wrong regarding the actual spoiler supplied just minor detail that have become a chore to me.

The replacement tape was also sent securely in a box to prevent any folding or tearing.
As part of our policy, we do request images of any reported damage so that we can ensure the correct process is followed. Unfortunately, we did not receive these. Without these images, we were unable to verify the issue and proceed any quicker than we did.

Spoiler I ordered was completely fine & good quality only issue I had was the fact it stated this product comes with 3m tape to install which it did not and delayed me 2 days installing it which was annoying tbh as I would of just got some if I new it didn’t .
