Been on Abba Voyage trip with GB tours. Excellent driver Will extremely knowledgeable with bits of info about London. Very funny and friendly. Poppy the host made sure we had hot drinks and were comfy on our journey. Seabourn yacht absolutely amazing. Seats for Abba voyage superb. A great show. Love GB tours, easy booking, great communication, excellent hotels. Our first port of call when looking for a uk holiday

I have just returned from yet another of your wonderful holidays. It was to Warners Heythrop Park' in The Cotswolds.
What a magnificent well managed hotel ..I still cannot believe that upwards of 600 people holiday there almost every week of the year!!!
We were collected on time by GB Coaches and I was delighted to see our driver was Chris Dawson,Husband of equally talented Michelle Dawson !!!
Both incredible drivers AND courier's. No complaints there!!
I not only enjoyed the company, but the food the trips and the comfort of everything.
Can I please request Chris Dawson (Or his wife) for Our next trip to Norfolk on The Norfolk Explorer` and the one to Tipperary in Ireland???

Another lovely trip with GB Tours to Street Somerset on 23rd February .20 26 .Trip to Wells and Bath also a lovely cream tea compliments of GB Tours at the Wessex Hotel .
Mark the driver , very friendly polite and helpful .

A party of nine of us went to Harrogate for an overnight trip. For £136 we were treated to a warm clean double room, lovely three course evening meal and a buffet breakfast with a lots of choice and the option of getting more food if wanted. After a visit to Knaresborough we were take for a scrumptious afternoon tea. The driver Claire kept us well informed in advance so we knew what to expect. This was great value for money. Well done GB tours.

I wrote a comment about Gbtours regarding the hotel where we stayed Juan de la Casa Geen coast of Spain. Did not provide a balanced and good veggie meal. After the four days of disappointment. e.g main course. Veggie burger with three small peppers. Other days roasted peppers full stop!! We decided not to eat there anymore and felt insulted.. Did tell the waiter but we’d never contacted my the manager as to why. I did complain, but I could only speak to her by phone.The hotel was lovely but being 4 stars, couldn’t provide a decent vegetarian meal.

Northern Spain with GB tours to the hotel Juan de la Casa a 4 star hotel near Santoña. The accommodations room was nice and was even equipped with a small kitchen which we found should have been locked??
The hotel seemed to be in a rather isolated between two large hills walking was possible place not suitable for anyone who is not fit and not sure footed but very near a nice surfing beach not really suitable for swimming
The hotel we were told would provide vegetarian food before we left we asked GB tours for a menu they just said yes but could not supply us with the a menu.
However when we arrived on the evening which started at 7.30.pm meal of 3 courses was 1 veg option day 1 main meal some just a very small amount grilled vegetables this was the main part each evening Type of food seemed typical but on the 4th day I approached the manager and asked if it would be possible to have a slight change on one of the dishes on the menu what we got instead was nothing short of a insulting joke 1vegi burger and ; 3 small green peppers !!! starvation rations !! We refused to eat such a thing after not finding anything suitable to eat after a long coach trip feeling
There just wasn't enough to eat
After the we were feeling exhausted mainly from a lack of nourishment day 4 we decided to buy and make our own food
We paid up front for holiday .
The hotel staff manager seemed helpful but something
Went definitely wrong we do not recommend this place or
This area of northern Spain unless you are prepared to spend a long time searching for
Vegetarian dishes at a restaurant although the scenery
Is very mountainous great for a bit of wild camping be aware though wild camping in Spain is illegal and we were told there are wolves and bears in the more remote areas?!?

Company cancelled my holiday only 3 weeks before departure due to low numbers. Alternative holidays offered were all unsuitable so asked for refund, which was duly processed. Found another holiday they offered that was more expensive so asked if they could give a small discount. The answer was a straight no. Funny thing is I booked the holiday mid June in which 2/3 of the coach seats were already booked according to their website so was sure the holiday wouldn't be cancelled. Holiday was cancelled 19th September 3 months later

Just got back from the lakes and Yorkshire dales with Andrew we had an amazing time he was a brilliant driver and looked after everyone on board a pleasure to travel with him.

Returned yesterday from 2 day trip to Worcester/ Cheltenham. Only downside to this trip was the worthless trip to Ross on Wye and Ledbury. Allowed to stay at these 2 places for an hour. Nothing there but 1 main street in each.perhaps it's part of trying to fill 2nd day, but pointless. Having said that boat trip at symonds yat was enjoyable. A lot of people including myself, 6ft tall were complaining about lack of space in seats. Knees touching seat in front. Think they have crammed more seats in on these coaches for extra revenue as this is 1st time we have encountered this having had lots of trips with GB tours.

Our driver Craig was very knowledgeable . And very funny made our holiday fun

Just got back from Looe and was one of the best trips. Hotel Portbyhan staff were so friendly and food good although very limited choice. Had a room overlooking the river and glad I did. So much going on. Our coach driver Julian was polite and very courteous. Although it was his first long trip he done quite well. My only criticism would be why go to Truro when there are such nicer places to go to which are closer. Cornwall has such pretty little fishing villages. You can do shops at home so why do coach companies always have to have a day in a place i call a concrete jungle. On the whole would recommend this holiday as you can get a bus outside the hotel and take you to better places.

Went with gb tours to Babbacombe Deven and stayed in the Babbacombe hotel on the 5th of May (k)pick up this is the third time as we had been there the other times it was with the train of light the staff were very helpful the food was all so good as was the entertainment also we went to a show in the Babbacombe theatre just up the road from our hotel and we made a lot of friends on the coach as well. But how could your firm send a coach out that was very dirty all round the glass of the coach and a locked toilet on a very long journey from Frinton on sea to Babbacombe also the driver Danny had never been to Babbacombe before also around the places we were going to getting lost on the way most of the time

Had a great five day trip to Isle of Man with GB Tours. Gordon the driver was really good and made made sure everyone was OK. He was very entertaining and very easy to get along with. Gordon trained us well to be on time so there were no hold ups. Hotel was really nice and the catering excellent. Would recommend this trip.

The whole excursion was well planned. The added additional guide for one of the days was excellent as she was able to give a great deal of information about the Isle of Man. The hotel itself was first rate and the dining experience was excellent.

Booking online very easy however I did need clarification on one matter so I sent an email. Very quickly replied and sorted. Rachael was very efficient and has also said she would contact the hotel regarding a request. Telephone contact looks to be very easy as well as they have a landline instead of one of those 03 codes. So so far I’m so glad I chose GB.

We went to Blackpool/Manchester Xmas market on the 10 November 2024 we spent 1night in the Georgian Hollies hotel in Blackpool which G B tours picked it was the most awful hotel we have been in it was absolutely awful you at to stand on the bed to open the window the bathroom window we couldn’t open the mattress was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs in it the very small room we had smelt awful such a very weird smell ,we have always gone with gb tours but unfortunately this hotel let them down we will definitely not be using them again I have complained to gb tours and they honestly wrote back and said I was the first to complain which I find very hard to believe as most of the coach said they were glad to be leaving the next morning g b tours you need to find another lovely hotel like you use to have .

Booked for Mama Mia the Party we were taken to wrong hotel after 1st driver losing paperwork down drivers window!!!! Hence having to stop in layby for 30mins to be given wrong paperwork and passenger list. Found out we were in wrong hotel when Nicola our rep tried to give us our keys but names didnt match up. She went to find correct list but never came back to us. Our driver told us 20mins later we were in wrong hotel. Baring in mind we told 1st driver that sign on front of coach had wrong hotel on at 8.20am before we got on. So after spending all day on a coach all of us had to get changed altogether on 5th floor bar on Sunborn Yacht not able to freshen up.
We had to leave the party early at 10pm as we had to check in correct hotel.
Have been in touch with GB Tours on 22nd October but as of today 27th still waiting for a reply or acknowledgement. Not very good customer service

We have just been on the triple London trip staying on the sunborn yacht we have an amazing time visiting the royal Albert hall Spenser house and the postal exhibition and train ride pick ups on time Carl our driver was very nice and a great driver. My only little niggle the postal tour was great but hanging around after was far too long most people said the same all off us sat in the cafe .having said this the tour and yacht were amazing x

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 day tour of Dunoon,at the Excellent Esplenade Hotel.could not fault it.Manegement,staff,food hospitality,all first class.
Our driver Michelle,was absolutely wonderfull,friendly,helpfull,and very informative of the areas we visited.In my case i have to use a mobility walker.and at every stop when required she had it ready at the coach steps,i cant thank her enough.Mr&Mrs william lewis Liverpool

Highlights of Co Durham 12 August 2024
Hotel on the river, very nice, food plentiful and great buffet breakfast. Tuesday, Kiplin Hall was excellent, we then moved on to Bishop Aukland where the sights were closed, only open Weds to Sunday we could have stayed longer at Kiplin Hall. Wednesday, wonderful tour of Durham with our Blue Badge Guide, shame we only got 1 hour in the Cathedral as we had a boat ride on the river which was very relaxing. Thursday, yippee! off to Beamish. Sadly we were only allowed 4 hours. Back at the hotel at 3.30 pm???? Why? Perhaps this trip needs re-organising?
All in all an enjoyable trip despite that.
