Good player, good service
I was contacted fairly quickly by the manager who found a rogue to partner up with me in arena 2v2. The rogue was very good and I did climb elo. BTW I was playing my very low geared fire mage ilvl 302 and was ofcourse getting focused into oblivion :). There is a language barrier though. I bought coaching to learn to play mage/rogue but my arena partner didn't even answer if he had voice, probably cause he doesn't speak English. I could tell by how he wrote in chat. So for boosting quite good but for coaching you really need to find an arena partner that does speak English. Not a bad service all in all. I updated the review, cause I do think the service was good. Next time I'll be more specific about voice.

Hi, you were assigned "R1" rogue, he also speaks excellent English, you could write to us so that we could correct your desires for the game (voice / comp and etc), but as the coach says you didn’t even ask him if you want use voice chat, because you have 302ilvl hard to analyze anything in the arena, this level of equipping is too small. I think that 3 stars is too little to evaluate our service. What results do you want to achieve with equip 300.

After orginally paying for coaching i…
After orginally paying for coaching i spent 3hours with someone that didnt help at all so i wouldnt recommend persoanlly as it was just a boost but didnt learn anything at all , however i paid for a further 1hour pro coaching and recieved a 1-1 on chat with a pro which really helped me improve and taught me how to play correctly.
