EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH LOVE, RESPECT AND SELFLESSNESS
Had a problem with my daughter's MacBook Pro, which appeared to be due to inadvertent damage to its screen.
Based on my past experience with GCOM, I did not hesitate for a moment to take it to them, now located on St. Joseph Blvd.
The staff was extremely cordial, understanding, sympathetic and willing to go the extra mile to help me.
They have a high level of technical expertise and diagnosed the problem accurately: there was a damage to the internal circuitry of the MacBook.
The owner went out of his way to give us a refurbished MacBook Pro and contributed financially to help us out.
The owner and his staff's selfless actions and diligent work moved me and my daughter so much that caused me (a low-income pensioner) to shed some tears of appreciation.
Their focus on customer satisfaction is amazing -- as a matter of fact, I have never experienced so much affection and appreciation -- and I hope that my MacBook and those of my daughters malfunction only so I can give GCOM more business.
Their kindness and generosity have made me their roving slave and moved me to make the attached image, which, if it doesn't show up properly in a browser, I might get it printed and give it them as a souvenir.
