The service upon delivery was OK
The service upon delivery was OK - however I must also note that the promised delivery time was not met (promised to deliver 7 business days after payment), it turned out my services was delayed by additional 2 days. Upon following up it was a slower response than prior payment. But still satisfactory on the result that was delivered.

Very fast turnaround
I submitted several requests for quotes to companies for an expert opinion letter and GCS was very quick to respond. It was costly for the two day turnaround, but the process was easy to understand and we got a response very quickly from customer service and revisions were handled very timely as well. A great first time experience with this sort of service (I never even got a response from the other companies).
