2 members of GCS staff have contacted me via LinkedIn recently regarding the same role.

Initially set up a call for a specific time, 5 hours after this time, a different person eventually called me but at this time I was unavailable. Subsequently a different staff member contacted me via direct message and I explained my reluctance to waste more of my time waiting for a call so he offered to email me information... and I’m still waiting for that.

It is a leap of faith using any recruitment company and using GCS proved to be just that for me.

A significant fee of over £6,500 gave me an experienced salesperson who claimed to be able to sell anything. In reality, I paid the fee and a good salary for probably the least effective salesperson I have encountered.

Other unchecked CV’s also offered.

Zero value for money, customers misled, and no reduced recruitment costs having employed for more than the qualifying 16 weeks.

Great business for GCS in the good times but
times do change.

Come on GCS and others, do more homework and offer better discount terms should you source a lemon.

GCS approached me via Linkedin to discuss a role they were recruiting.
