The company was formed in 2006 by Graham Fright following a long career as a Senior Technician with Durox Building Products Ltd in their Technical Services Department, dealing with Approved Document L calculations since 1990. As a small Company, we continue to give a personal and friendly service to all our clients. The government requires that all new residential properties are to be Assessed using the SAP Rating procedure. We are fully licensed under the STROMA Accreditation scheme to issue SAP ratings and Energy Performance Certificates for Building Regulation and Land Registry Approval.

I was recommended GDF Home Energy from my local council to complete an energy assessment on my property, and what a recommendation!! Every time I spoke to someone at GDF they couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Our energy assessor (Matthew) was superb! Willing to help at any moment either by phone call or email. He tried his very best he could for us in a difficult situation and came out on top. I couldn't have appointed a better energy assessor than GDF
