Cannot recommend enough

I went to see Owen for some help following my recent X-ray and MRI results, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Owen made me feel comfortable and at ease. He carried out a very thorough and detailed assessment, taking the time to understand my situation fully and explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. He was happy to answer any questions I had, and his knowledge, professionalism and reassuring approach made me feel extremely comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment.

Following the assessment, Owen took the time to explain the next steps in detail, including what we were going to do, why we were taking that approach, and what we were ultimately hoping to achieve from the treatment. I really appreciated how he involved me in the process and ensured I understood the reasoning behind everything, rather than simply telling me what needed to be done. This gave me a much better understanding of my condition and helped me feel reassured about the plan moving forward.

Throughout the consultation and treatment, Owen was attentive, professional and genuinely interested in helping me. He regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and understood how I was feeling. At the end of the appointment, we discussed the next steps, what to expect going forward, and how I had felt during the assessment and treatment. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that he wanted to make sure I left feeling informed, comfortable and confident about the way forward.

Overall, I had a really positive experience with Owen. His thorough approach, clear communication and willingness to take the time to explain everything made a real difference. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely takes the time to understand their concerns and help them work towards their goals.

Awlful

My husband went there for his back he thought it was a bit better. Then horrendous pain in the top side leg. He saw an osteopath and was told pushed too hard through the muscle bruising it. Pulling tight on a tendon and clamping onto the fermonal and sciatica and meralgia nerve . Pain since that could not sleep. Reception very rude as well told him stick ice on it where He said where it hurts . When he told me I head to do this he could not as in too much pain not slept at all yet maybe more training needed and to consider history and age of patient . And if a client needs help don't lie and say too busy . When later called 4 odd times .

Dear Lucy,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear this and we appreciate that this was understandably concerning for you both.

Following an initial treatment, some patients can experience soreness or a change in the location or nature of their symptoms as the body responds. We appreciate that this can be uncomfortable and worrying, particularly when you are unsure whether it is an expected response and it is feedback we always want to know about so we can help.

We are sorry that your experience left you feeling unsupported. We take feedback like this very seriously and have been in touch directly to try to put things right. If there is anything further either of you would like to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact us.
