Update. Ordered 29th Nov. Now 31st Jan and still no goods have been received. Credit card company hasn't completed its investigation yet (in order to refund). Apparently they can't get in touch with GDPrice. Nah! Really? Ordered legitimate Air Pod Pro's from Apple 27th December which arrived 25th Jan. Happy to pay the Apple balance but I still have the GD Price balance floating on my account.

Purchased air pods from this company on 29th November for a Christmas present, still received no parcel 2 months later, had some communication from them but extremely poor. Phone numbers don’t work. Tracking details were false, delivery was supposed to take 6-11 days. Now received an email from them saying I signed for parcel?
Absolute joke of a company!
Thankful I bought them on a credit card so am being refunded my money by them.

Most appalling customer service

4 weeks for delivery, no communication
when it arrived, it was faulty
I complained, no communication
After 6 emails, i was just told to go to manufacturer
Avoid at all cost, shonky sham company
issue still not resolved, i am left with broken product that cant be used

I ordered an Ipad on the 3rd December 2019 for my daughter's Christmas present. Price £30 cheaper than PC World, reviews were mixed but short of time, I sent them £269.99 with an expected delivery date of 6-10 days. Allowing additional time for Christmas traffic I contacted this company three weeks after ordering requesting an update. 'Can see on the tracking number that your package has been held up in customs, be with you for Christmas no worries' which turned out to be utter bull!. After Christmas spoke with DHL (as GD Price stopped answering any correspondence) who did not recognised the tracking number provided by GD Price as one of their own!. Alarm bells now ringing as no ipad and £269.99 down in my account. Wait a moment GD Price has returned an whatsap with full apologises, with either a 20% discount or a total refund. After this company being part responsible for a disappointed daughter over Christmas (i have to take some of the blame for being a cheap skate over £30), I opted for a total refund. Now the 28th January 2020 and no such sight of any money or correspondence from this company. Thankfully, Santander Bank have refunded the money into my account while they take up the fight with this so called supplier of electrical products. PC World now has the £269.99 (plus £30) and my daughter is talking to me once again (when she can put the damn thing down)! Make your own mind up about this company but think carefully before you part with your hard earned cash.....all that glistens ain't gold!

I ordered an ipad for my daughters Christmas present. I must say I was a little worried as I know very little about this company and reviews are mixed.
Price was good. was delivered later than expected (but it was Christmas period) it came sealed
I believe these do get delivered from abroad but the company have a store in London
its fabulous and my daughter is one happy girl.
I would order from them again. Best price on the website market by far. Thanks gdprice!

i ordered some ipod pros on the 4th december and was given a delivery date of 6-11 days. They did not arrive and now they are not responding to my emails and their phone number is unavailable. Not sure what to do next but strongly advise people not to buy from them.

Ordered an iPad 7th gen 128gb late November and with Christmas looming was expecting a delay. GD Price stated 7-11 days for delivery and it arrived on day eleven. The IPad came with a uk plug even though it came from abroad. I am very happy with my own buying experience and the product, but would suggest gdprice improve communication with all customers as I may have been reticent to use the company had I read some of the reviews before I purchased where delivery was delayed and communication poor.
I would buy again as the savings make it worthwhile

My item took 2 months to arrive, rather than the promised delivery time. Communication was awful. The tracking screen was incorrect, with entries appearing to say that there had been progress and then disappearing from the tracking screen - it appears to be manually updated with whatever they feel like writing. I would not purchase goods from this company again.

Adapter missing from my iPad when it arrived which was supplied on request. Took quite a long time to come but over Christmas to be expected I suppose. Generally happy with the service provided.

Ordered AirPod pros on dec 5th it’s now jan 24th and still not arrived. Complicate scam, items from Far East. No refund given yet either. Do it use this site!!!!! Fake tracking information given also.

All I want is an address to send my order back to. I was told I was getting a refund instead they sent the item to me and will now not reply to my endless attempts to contact them.

Please if anyone else has a returns address please will they post it to help other people.

I recently wrote a bad review about GD Price reference a pair of Samsung ear pods I ordered in late November as a Christmas gift that didn’t arrive in time. Although I also purchased an IPAD which did.

I have since learnt that the issue was not a result of GD price dispatching the product too late; it was a result of UK customs taking a long time to process.

I now have the ear pods and am happy with the product, which with GD Price were over £30 cheaper than John Lewis. My advice is if you are happy to take the risk of waiting longer for a product to arrive but want value for money then GD Price are worth using.
