Your item was faulty and I tried to contact you about it . I have not received a new item or refund even after sending a video of the faulty item

Turned up on time and as described via the USA to the uk.
Invoicing could have been clearer.

I bought an iphone XR 64GB from this website based on the advertised information that the phones would work on all UK networks. On receipt of the phone I found it would not accept an EE sim card so tried several sim cards as I am based in the UK. None worked. I took the phone to 3 Vodafone & EE shops and on checking was told the phone is a US frequency set phone. I contacted GdPrice on several occasions about this problem both on their customer enquiry and whatsapp but they would not help or acknowledge the problem. I have requested a replacement phone severally with no responce. The phone was ordered in July 2019 and to date cannot use it in the UK. I would stay away from this company.

Would never use again due to late delivery and poor customer service

Best prices I’ve found. Delivery can be slow, 10-12 days in my case, but well worth the wait. The goods are brand new and factory sealed. No risk in buying from this company.

Was uncertain at first because of the great bargain price on the iPad....£100 less than anything else on offer.
However everything AOk! And fast delivery, I think about a week-ish.
Bought this last summer 2019

I placed an order on their website for air pods and paid £229.99 on 5th of December 2019. I'm still waiting and have sent 5 messages in the last month but I'm not getting any response. I worry that they have stolen my money :(

GDprice looks like a fake business.My son age 15 placed an order on their website for air pods and paid £229.99 using my visa credit card on 4th of December 2019. Its been over two months we have not received this item nor refund. They do not have any contact number so that we can contact them.
Although their website have a mobile contact number as 07520643096 but its not reachable because its a fake number..
Just imagine that a company doing an online business in UK and has not a contact number. This will tell you all about this fake company.
So whoever want to buy from them please BEE CAREFUL and do not give them your bank or credit card detail

Very pleased with my first order to Gdprice. Received my iPad within six days of ordering, came complete with Apples own UK adaptor and worldwide warranty. Best of all saved £100 when compared with well known UK electrical chain.

I wanted to buy a good high-end ‘bridge’ camera and searched for it on the Internet. The first and cheapest result was GdPrice. I ordered and paid for the camera, received an acknowledgement and sat back. Later something made me look up GdPrice and I was concerned to see so many negative reviews.
However, my camera turned up safely, within the indicated timescale. I realised that the mains adapter was missing a UK plug, and emailed GdPrice who told me by return that the plug would be sent. It arrived a few days later.
I’m pleased with the service I had from the company. I received the camera I ordered, for a price significantly less than other suppliers and they responded promptly to my emails so have no complaints.
