Uk Gear ltd - Running trainers, awful customer service, i have had no response from emails or telephone calls. I have a Pay Pal receipt of purchase but no confirmation email from UK Gear LTD. I will be requesting a refund and feel no body should do business with them.
This company are the only supplier for the uniform required by my daughter for her college course. I ordered the uniform at the beginning of June and 3 months later I am still waiting. They are now not even responding to my emails. If there were any other choice of supplier I would have demanded a refund and gone elsewhere.
