Don't ever give them your money you will never see it again. I purchased a few Funko pops that were supposed to ship in April when they didn't we received a notice saying they would ship in June it's the middle of July and we still haven't received anything and each time I've reached out to them I've asked for a refund and each time I ask for a refund they pretend as though I never asked for one so here we are 7 and 1/2 months later and they haven't provided any product and refuse to give a refund. Not a company I will ever do business with again.

Wrong address on my shipment. I contacted support within minutes of placing order (plenty of time to change address). My order was not in shipping obviously but customer service was NO help. They could have EASILY changed my address (company even state’s address can be changed as long as in “NEW” status) I had ordered and contacted customer service all within MINUTES! Customer service reps do not care and the XBOX company doesn’t either. Not buying gear from this company ever again. You should not buy anything from XBOX.

Bought a Xbox 20th anniversary trucker hat, had trouble tracking as it came from Latvia. Staff was exceptional and item is quality as well as shipping method. Highly recomend

Be careful, they have hidden terms and conditions that won't let you cancel an order, even when the product release date is months away. Definitely won't be ordering from them ever again

Terrible experience with the XBOX Gear Shop, I've ordered Ugly sweater from them on 01.12.2021, hoping to wear it on Christmas, today is 29.12.2021 and still no ordered stuff and no any info from the seller. Looks like, it's worth to contact Microsoft an ask them to quit work with that sh***y store.

An amazing selection of gear for xbox fans, beating the limited selection on Microsoft store. Its nice having a dedicated store for it. New collections are added constantly with unique items such as backpacks, jewelry and fanfest gear. And it ships worldwide, and has warehouses for select items in Europe as well. If its from the USA the shipping is reasonable and they calculate the duty for you. Shipping is insanely fast. Couldn't be happier as an xbox fan

Bought a Windows 95 Ugly Sweater from the Xbox Gear Store, which is specifically mentioned to be run by Snow Commerce. This was a product I was incredibly excited over, as Microsoft had done limited runs of these to specific developers before, and finally sold to the general public.

Apparently they decided to never notify me that it was shipped out, and didn't notify me about the failed attempted delivery, meaning the package ended up at a pickup point without my knowledge, where after a few weeks it was shipped to sender.

After having to painfully dig this info out of their pathetic customer service, they steadfastly refused to help me out, claiming the package was "lost" despite tracking showing otherwise, because why go to the return box and fish out the order to fix your mistake and make a customer happy?

They also constantly delayed on refunding me, which I had to force with a PayPal case. And in the end, I didn't want the money, I wanted the product! Absolutely disgraceful, Snow Commerce DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. I really hope Microsoft terminates their contract with them!
