I needed to purchase a DMX controller for my son. I don't know a lot about these things, so called the online number to enquire about a particular model. The staff member was very helpful and answered my questions without any condesencion and directed me to the most suitable product which was very reasonably priced.

The DMX controller I ordered was very swiftly delivered with the appropriate DMX cables to boot. I must admit I normally expect something to be missing when ordering online, but am happy to report that certainly wasn't the case with gears4djs.

I will definitely order again from gear4djs should I need other equipment. Recommended for sure.

Received the goods, which were described as b stock - I cannot tell the difference from a stock. Arrived within 4 days of ordering.

I saved over £40 for microphones for pub karaoke. I was able to get a great quality item for a reasonable price. The cheapest site on the web for this item when I searched.

I placed the order via the thier website, which I must say is very simple to use. I had a phone call to confirm my order and letting me know that my goods will be dispatached that day. The next day the goods arrvied, well packaged and spot on. What more could you ask for. The best service I have experience for a long time.

Received a skeletonstand instead of a kam stand that I ordered ,but I would say there is little difference in them except the name.

i bought a b stock light and found a few led's damaged. i phoned up and they gave me £15 discount voucher on my next purchase. ordered items arrive within 2 days.

having received adamaged item it was returned but after two days i had received no response as to the replacement. I had to call several times to get an answer and still dont have a delivery day or time.

Who would by two cases for 2 lights and find out when they were delivered that the cases were so large that both of the lights fitted into one case.
Why advertise a case for a light if the case is twice the size, might as well just bought a rucksak

Gear4djs stocked all of the bits I needed at the best price too. There was a problem with my payment through google checkout, but the staff quickly followed it up, arranged alternative payment, and promptly shipped my goods without any problems.

On a few purchases i had some issues on my part to solve and in all situations the service was impecable!!
First i needed to change my order when i was already charged and the refund was immediate, then on a second purchase i realized i didn't really need what i bought, so i returned and refunded with no problem whatsoever.
I recommend Gear4DJs, they are fast with everything, either solving any issue you might have or delivering your orders!
