Very bad experience. Thieves Gearbest & Sky Store
From an original price of 168 Euros for a smartphone, I welcome the offer at 87. This is the promise: Global Version 2022 New i13 Pro Max 6.7 Inch Smartphone 16GB + 512GB 6800mAh 4G/5G Network Dual SIM Android Cellphone - White China. It is presented as "full screen" but has a giant frame. Luckily I pay with Paypal. I get a toy smartphone! From the gearbeest.it website the phone contained; 4 cameras with 50,000,000 million pixels; Fingerprint; facial recognition; but especially with Android 11 ! I say to myself: it's a deal. I order. A crap smartphone arrives at my house. Check the info. The card writes that everything promised is such. I download an app to check the system and I discover that the front camera, the front camera is one, both of poor quality, 3G, there is no fingerprint, processor never heard of am especially ANDROID 5! IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS THAT ON THE GEARBEST WEBSITE THE OFFER ENDS IN 20 DAYS...
I wrote to the seller and he replied: how much did you pay, we sent this to you.
I wrote for a month, almost every day, to support. When after a month they repeated it for the second time, with a copy/paste of the answer, I got pissed. They replied that they accepted the compensation and that I had to send the product at a cost of 62 Euros.
I contacted Paypal who gave me my money back within a month.

absolute scammers.
Bougt phone for £360 had a an issue, contacted them and nothing have been done.
They just ask you to wait a litle longer till you give up.
Bougt only because there was pay by PayPal option.
PayPal refuses to get involved in this. BE AWARE!!!

I ordered an e-bike (engwe ep2 pro), eleven days ago, (e-commerce Gearbest) shipping from Poland. Shipping time was 7 days. Today they write me that they have no stock and that they have to wait for replenish.
Please solve it.

Pray the product does not have a problem. Because if it does it costs a lot of time and nerves.
I bought a Xiaomi 4K projector for 1700 Euro. After 11 months the product was defect. After consulting the customer service I sent it to a repair center in Spain. At first they told me I have to wait 3 weeks, then another three weeks and Now after 9 weeks there is still no news. I sent another message to the customer service and they told me „I am very kind that I gave them feedback and like before that they will do their best“. It is as if they troll me. One month ago they proposed me a rediculus amount of 500 Dollar alternative to waiting another month but I did not accept it. The product costs now 2000 (price for a new one). They could theoretically repair it and sell it for much more as refurbished. The Product was like new and it was bought 11 months before I sent it for 1700 euro. Better pay a little bit more for a real warranty.

Awful website, awful website

Awful website, awful customer support. I regularly cannot open or escalate tickets, due to some strange error messages. I bought a product two months ago, it was shipped on 7th of Sept and should be delivered until 28th of Sept max! It is still not here, on 31st of Oct, I have to write a dozen chats and tickets, and the after-sales support wants me to wait 42 days for a reply of the seller!!! Who the hell wants to wait 42 DAYS after the order is already delayed over one month?? This is just awful.

a bad experience

I bought a fairly expensive projector from them.
Once I paid they ask me for a verification of the transaction and give other sensible data to them (chinese company, data on a chinese server!) for a no sense verification (the PayPal account from wich I paid is verified) already annoyed me, but I wanted that projector.
Then they delayed the shipping, it should have been shipped in few days and they told that there were some problem with the stocking of the item, so I had to wait for 2 or 3 weeks, while on product page the item was still marked as shipped on 2 or 3 DAYS since the payment.
Eventually they shipped it but the parcel never arrived.
They told something that the parcel has been delivered and no compensation is avaiable for this situation. I've never recived it and now I am over 1500 usd poorer with nothing in hands.

You should be aware that this chineze…

You should be aware that this chineze shop does no comply to the EU way on doing online sales, where it is well known that if the customer do not receive (or refuse to receive) the order. All money payed for the product is payed back to the customer.
I bought something from them without shipping cost, which I never received and now they refuse to refund my original payment for the product only.
