If I could give them a none star I…

Poor Service Don’t Buy Their Products I could give them a none star I would! I made this purchase as a gift for a friend. I paid for DHL expedited only to find that you had 7-10 days to prepare for expedited. I notified both via customer service via phone email, they never addressed my direct inquiries or request to cancel the order. I had to initiate a complaint with my credit card company.

The only bright spot is sharing this with others so they can avoid.

Not worth it.

I ordered a really cool looking Ghostbusters hoodie from gearhuman.com.

A month.

It took a *month* to get it. Then, to really extend the proverbial middle finger, it was the wrong style of hoodie. I’m not going to bother to send it back— if I did I probably wouldn’t get what I ordered until August, and who doesn’t love wearing a sweatshirt in 100+ degree weather, right?

I contacted them several times during this month long wait, asking for shipping updates, and essentially got the run around each time. I was given random strings of numbers and letters that were allegedly my shipping codes, but never told who exactly was doing the shipping. No real apology for the time length was given, and their website states that you’ll get your order in 7-10 days. From the reviews I’ve read this is an across the board lie, as everyone seems to have had a similar shipping time and customer service experience as my own. Hoodie looks awesome, shame the company is garbage. I’m definitely not buying from them again.

Don't do it! It's a trap!

Ordered about a month ago and like many of the other reviews here I didnt get my hoodie yet. My tracking says it's in NY so we will see. I wouldn't order from them again.

Not worth your time or money!

Not worth your time or money!! It comes from CHINA! Took 35 days for my order to arrive. The sizing is off. Order up a size to be safe. And the bright white color in the photo is actually a light pink in person. For the price of the item, the length it takes for the order to arrive and the ill sizing, this item is WAY over priced! (And I had a 20% off coupon!) Won't order from them again!!!!!

Some of the prints are clear and…

Some of the prints are clear and perfect. Others are faded and blurred. Sizing though...They do not fit correctly. Very oddly proportioned. And customer services is polite but not particularly helpful. You will be stuck with a thing that fits an orangutan. My ladies large has sleeves that are 6 inches too long. The shirt hits me mid thigh. SMDH

Great site-good quality!

I bought a hoodie for my fiance! It took about 3 weeks to get to him (which isn't too bad in my opinion considering it comes from China!!) It was good quality and soft. Sizing was excellent. He was over the moon with his new history hoodie!
I would buy from here again! Thanks guys!

They steal artist work!!

They steal artist work!!! Do not buy from a cheap China rip off companys that steal real artists work. The 'Indigenous' artwork has been stolen from a young Australian Aboriginal artist. This kind of crap sucks and you do too if you support this garbage!

Ordered a medium hoodie

Ordered a medium hoodie. Had bought one before no problem great product. Received an XL nothing but problems to get what I ordered. Was offered a 20% discount. But was refused to make the contracted purchase rectified. I have to adjust my file image file size to 1mb to prove that I received an XL

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people are con artists. Honestly, I believe the only reason this company is still in business is because of people like me who don’t research a company before ordering. I placed an order on 1/26 and, as of this review, am still waiting for my order to ship. I have requested a refund for my order, but was told the item had shipped. When I ran the tracking number provided, it still shows nothing has even been received to ship. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money on these guys. Also 100% convinced that any good reviews this company has on here is something they put up themselves.

Burning your money would be faster

I gave this one star because I couldn't go any lower. I ordered three items on 9/29/19. It's 1/26/20, and I have yet to recieve it. All contacts to customer service tell me to wait a little while longer. Eventually they told me that it was not their responsibility that it hadn't arrived, and advised me to contact the USPS. According to the package tracking it is still in China, waiting to ship to the states. I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering. Learn from my very expensive lesson and take your business elsewhere.

If I could give this company zero stars…

Save yourself a nightmare and order elsewhere. They sent me a hoodie which took forever, when I finally got it, it had a broken zipper and then they refused a return, after multiple emails and phone calls (they don’t even let you talk to a person you just leave a message) they just stopped responding after I'd done everything they'd asked (sent photo of zipper etc. ). Not only for the broken zipper and horrible customer service but for the price it was a RIP OFF, cheap material, and shame on them for their predatory return practices. TOTAL SCAM. Back to Amazon I go!

Don't get upset

Saw the many upset customers here, but frankly, my delivery arrived in acceptable time and the garment quality is okay. Not quite the quality I expected, but then what do you reasonably expect? The printing is a little indistinct on the 3D items, so maybe consider a simpler pattern rather than an intricate one.

I guess I should have read the reviews…

I guess I should have read the reviews before I ordered...But, I placed a $75 order on Dec. 11th, 2019 - A hoodie and a shirt for my 12 year old son for Christmas. I thought it would arrive before Christmas and when that didn't happen - I said well, my son's birthday is January 10th so I'll just give it to him for his birthday...It is now Jan. 23, 2020 - and guess what? Still NO ORDER!!! Nothing! I have now been communicating with "Customer Service" for over 2 weeks and all they say is, be patient, it is on the way...But according to the US Postal Service the package is still in China awaiting shipment! Its INSANE! This company is a scam! Do NOT order anything from them...Their products may look cool but ITS A TRAP!
