Great place, good people!

Will try to be short.
Gear - almost anything you need for outdoor
Availability - patience required, but also rewarded (waiting for someone to sell item you want takes time)
Handling transactions - no issues, always in time
Handling issues - (if you want return, etc) - outstanding!

Overall - yes, I definitely recommend this (please log in after I checked the site, I want to get my item first! :))

Great deals!

Although, the deals are not as good as they use to be due to popularity (more users that get the better deal ahead of you), you can still find some fantastic deals on this site.

excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service, GearTrade went out of their way to fix a problem I had. Easy to list merchandise on the site. Great pricing on the items already listed. Site is super easy to use. Love listing and buying on this site. Absolutely the best!

They care that I'm satisfied

I purchased an item on GearTrade.com. The product didn't ship for two weeks. GearTrade contacted me and assisted me in getting the product shipped to me asap. I'm happy with their level of service. I will purchase more items from them.

order never showed up

I placed two separate orders recently. One was cancelled after a week of waiting. The other order never showed up and was never cancelled so I am out the money. Not very reliable at all. Very disappointed. I only chose one star because I had to select one. I would give it a zero!!!

I'm so sorry to hear of your experience. I just checked your account and noticed your last order shipped on 8/18 so you should receive it any day now. The other order canceled because the seller did not ship the item in time and I suspect they may not have received the email. Do you still want this item? I will call the seller now for you and have this shipped.

Also, we never charge a card until the item ships so the order that canceled; you were never charged for that. If you ever have a problem, please contact us and we will resolve it for you. Thanks for your business and understanding. I'l give you a call shortly.
