I have only been out on the bike once due to waiting for my CBT. Seller was great with being contactable, they delivered quickly and the bike seems to be exactly as described. No complaints at all.

Deeply dissatisfied with the service…

Deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience I have had with this joke of a so called motorcycle company, as well as the conduct demonstrated by its owner.
From the outset, my interactions with your business have been marked by a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and an apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. The quality of service provided fell far below any reasonable standard. I had the bike a matter of weeks before it started to break. Promises were made regarding workmanship that were simply not honored, leaving me inconvenienced and frustrated. More concerning, however, was the behavior of the owner. Rather than addressing my concerns in a respectful and constructive manner, I was met with dismissiveness and, at times, outright rudeness. This level of conduct is unacceptable in any professional setting and reflects poorly on the entire operation.
As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of respect, transparency, and competence—none of which were adequately provided. This experience has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also eroded any trust I might have had in your business.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

My review of my experience VERY POOR!!

What a shame I can’t rate this company 0 WARNING TO OTHERS do not be scammed by this company selling motorcycles when it doesn’t fit the description. He’s done a dodgy MOT as the motorcycle has faults with the exhaust it’s as rusty as anything and he’s hidden the holes with spray paint, faulty gear box, damaged to rear wheel and faulty battery as every morning the bike does not start. If you ever buy a motorcycle from this company make sure you double check EVERYTHING. As stupid as I were to put my trust in this company been refused a refund and been refused any warranty only had the motorcycle 1 month & 4 days and he says the warranty has expired. Very disappointed I will be taking further action….. being called a lier and very rude towards customers when he knows he’s in the wrong…. Offered no help or advice what so ever!!!

Good evening Chris Bryan, Firstly we would like to make things clear, making false negative reviews on multiple trust pilot accounts such as "Glenn W" is unacceptable and very unfair, there was no issues with the bike whatsoever it went through a 120 point inspection where we checked every single component on the bike to make sure it is perfect prior for delivery, it also went through a authorised motorcycle MOT centre and passed with no advisories not to mention we have all picture proof of the bike's condition after it was delivered and you also test rode the bike before any paperwork or payment was made so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase which you was. We also gave you a 30 day warranty along with a free bike helmet, you even sent us 2 voice notes approximately 3 weeks after owning the bike telling us how amazing the bike is, you even said and i quote "been everywhere on it bro" explaining you done over 700 miles in 3 weeks and talked about it being very fast etc, we have all proof of this and happy to show anyone with doubts of this. The exhaust, gearbox (even though its a scooter therefore doesn't even have a gearbox), rear wheel and faulty (brand new) battery this is all complete lies as we asked you to send us pictures and you never did. We also have records of communication where the tone became unacceptable, including verbal abuse and threats towards our staff. That behaviour is not tolerated. We offered a goodwill gesture to help (even though you never actually showed us any issues at all when we asked) despite having a expired warranty we still went the extra mile for you which we have full proof of this too but after the threats of violence from you and your partner, we will not help due to safety concerns. Seems good to me

I have only been out on the bike once due to waiting for my CBT. Seller was great with being contactable, they delivered quickly and the bike seems to be exactly as described. No complaints at all.

Bought a bike from Leeds11 also got it…

Bought a bike from Leeds11 also got it deliverd same Day.
Well happy from start to finish.
The lads who deliverd was so good even helped me to take to back garden and gave me free bike cover as it was a surprise for my 16yr old sons birthday
The bike was exactly as it was on the description not a fault I could find on it.
There's days it's great to find real honest sellers.
WELL DONE IM REALLY HAPPY WITH THE BIKE And my son was.

Titan scooter

Great place to buy a moped, the bike came to me delivered and was exactly as ad stated, guys went through everything with me, explained in detail, would 100% recommend these guys

They sold me a faulty bike

They sold me a faulty bike, when they sold me the bike, I noticed there is a check engine lamp on, they said its the battery, no it wasnt, they sold me with a hidden prblem and try to tell me I did something with the bike. Clever. And they wont give me back my money.

I bought the bike at 12th of may, I made the review at 17th of may, what 4 weeks sorry? I sent a message to you at facebook, you said “Only thing we can suggest is you get the sensor replaced and we will sort something out with you to cover the sensor replaced.” The bike is not moving. How to get the sensor? Rip apart the bike? Am I mechanic? What do you want for me? Push the bike to the nearest worksop? Or pay someone £150+ to trasnport the bike to the workshop? How should I contact you, soon I mentioned legal action, you blocked me, I cant even call you back because you called me without a caller ID. You forget even if you blocked me, I have all of the messages, with date and time.

And what should I do, I was lucky because I can cancel the insurance for the bike, so I dont need to pay every month for something what I would like to use, but I can’t because its not turning on. If you want you have time till monday (2nd of june) to fix the bike, I am aviable every day after 7pm. At monday cash4bikes coming to pick it up, because I need to sell it…even if they offer 4-500 for a bike what I got for £1700. I feel myself lucky because I lost “only” £1200

But first you need to unblock me, at facebook, because thats how you dealing with customers, block them and they not exist anymore. Dont call me, next time I will record the call.

You had the bike for four weeks before raising any concerns. As soon as you informed us of the issue, we offered to collect the bike at no cost, diagnose the problem, and fix it completely free of charge even though this occurred weeks after the sale. You declined this offer. At no point did we accuse you of causing the issue. We want to resolve the matter quickly and fairly. If you change your mind, our offer to collect and repair the bike at no charge still stands. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Amazing service and people they really…

Amazing service and people they really made me feel at ease when purchasing my first vehicle they explained in depth everything I need to do and everything about the vehicle they went out of their way and kept me safe when some bad people ended up showing up and went out of their way to put the scooter inside where it would be safe for the time being all round amazing service I count bit of asked for a better experience I would vouch for them and 100% recommend

10/10 Service

10/10 Service, fast delivery and very trustworthy

I was looking for a 125cc sporty style bike and I came across a Lexmoto lxr they had for sale but I was over 200 miles away from them, they offered to deliver the bike the same day I bought it which I was so thrilled about and the delivery cost was very good! The whole experience was fantastic they provided a full video on request and the bike was checked and cleaned up before it was delivered, it arrived at my doorstep in nearly what i could describe was perfect! Definitely recommend to others that are wanting a strong reliable bike!

Thank you lads well happy

Great bikes lots of 125 & 50cc motorbikes and scooters to choose from, the manager I spoke to on the phone was fantastic was extremely helpful very down to earth and gave me great guidance on which is a good bike regarding height for my daughter! Fantastic delivery service the drivers was brilliant, they delivered the bike same day I purchased it! Highly recommended will definitely be buying again :)

Knowledgeable and helpful

I bought a bike from them at the weekend. I was interested in a few so they helped me choose the right one and I'm really pleased with what I bought. I collected it as I live close, but they also offered to deliver it which is a useful service too.

Criminals posing as businessmen.

I was asked to pay a deposit before the motorbike was delivered. I reluctantly paid(which I wish I had never done)When the motorbike arrived it was not how it looked on the videos so I questioned this and I was immediately met with hostility. This really put me off so I kindly asked for my deposit back and said I was going to take my business elsewhere. I did not get my full deposit back and was told that was due to advertising and delivery costs even though I did not want the motorbike! If the bike was in good condition I would’ve bought it no questions asked but I am not wasting my money on something in such terrible condition. As soon as they realised I wasn’t going to hand over my money they started to become even more hostile and act like bullies. This is not how a business should be run.
There is absolutely no way I would ever recommend buying anything from gear up motorcycles aka RS motorbikes.
Stay well away.

UPDATE. I have had absolutely no contact whatsoever with this company since the first review. I have been blocked on social media so I cannot contact them and I have been blocked by phone, so for them to reply and say “if I have any concerns contact them directly” is insulting. They know full well I had no way of contacting them. They just thought they would block me and I would go away quietly.
The first I have heard from them since my ordeal is a reply on my review today.
They have replied with false information trying to make me out to be a liar and make out as though my review and other negative reviews are not real. As everyone can see the negative reviews are heartfelt and people have taken a lot of time to write them because they are genuinely upset, myself included.
As for my review not containing details, I was asked to submit any details and information to trust pilot directly I did not need to disclose that information on my public review.
I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before attempting to purchase anything from these people, I am starting to think the 5 star reviews are the fabricated ones done by themselves because there is no way anybody in their right mind would give this “company” 5 stars.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The whole experience was nightmarish. I paid a deposit of £250 for a scooter, the scooter was brought to me and was in terrible condition. I told them I did not want to purchase it in such terrible condition. They got angry and left, I had to beg for my deposit back! They became impossible to contact so I left comments on their Facebook page in the hope someone would contact me instead they blocked me! When they finally did contact me I was told to remove my comments or I would not be getting any of my money back. I begged and begged for days to just return my money. I have still not received a penny. I was forced to contact my bank to try and get the money back. Just an all round terrible experience. I advise anyone to stay away from this “company”.

They have not replied to me since stealing my money but now I have left bad reviews they are finally replying! It’s clearly getting to them. I’m happy to lose my money as long as everybody who reads this never does business with them. Hopefully I’ve saved a few people from being scammed like I was. I have a good job thank you and I am an honest hard working person, more than can be said for you. Making a living off stealing peoples money.

EDIT March 2026 - still had absolutely no contact with Mr Suleman but for some reason he has decided to reply to me after all this time. His company is clearly not doing so well and we know why. Still no refund received from him even though he says otherwise. I have full bank statements to prove this. Absolute robbers. Again I stand by what I said STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE BIKE. GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY INSTEAD. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU LISTENED TO ME!

The deposit referred to here was fully refunded, and we hold clear transaction evidence to confirm this. At no point have we retained or “stolen” any money, and suggesting otherwise is a false and damaging allegation. We take our reputation and customer dealings seriously, and we operate with full transparency in every transaction. Making fake accusations and claims of this nature do not reflect the reality of what occurred. The scooter was in great condition and at no point did you tell our drivers you did not want the bike and they also have dashcam proof of this too with audio. If trustpilot allowed files to be added to this we would show the real condition of the bike as well as the audio recording on delivery as well as the refund transaction details. Yes we did email you many times which we would happily add on this review if it was possible. upon contacting you we was met with verbal abuse and serious threats to our staff which we do not tolerate which we have reported.

Professional, fast and trustworthy

I originally made an enquiry about one of their bikes for my son but discovered that someone had got to it before us. They immediately made a new bike available to us before it had been listed and the whole process was great. Clear communication, a video on request, the bike was checked over and repaired before sale and it was brought down from Leeds by a really friendly and knowledgeable pair of delivery men. After chasing around private listings for the Yamasaki it was reassuring to deal with some experienced pros and would definitely recommend to others.
