It's been several weeks and 7 emails…
It's been several weeks and 7 emails and no reply to my problem with the decals. Oh, they'll send an automated response, but no one actually replies. I ordered Route 66 decals that come with a clear tape backing. If you try to pull it off, the decal comes with it. And it looks like crap with it left on. I suspect t i have bad decals, but as I said earlier, no one gets back with me. The decal looks awesome otherwise.

First order came 20 days later and it was not matching the poster of our dog. We complained about it and we received a replacement poster but it was not our dog!!! Since we have not received any emails back from this company! A waste of my money!!

I ordered a $45.00 "banner" for America's 250th birthday. It was customized with our last name. When I was checking out, it included a "flag box" for $5.99 that I had to order to proceed with check out. I did look on their website and they are "located" in NY. I wanted to made sure they were made in USA. Well, when DHL delivered a month later.. I realized I was wrong with my assumption they were manufactured in USA. The banner basically looks like an oversized pennant. It was rolled up like a poster in a skinny flimsy box. But they did include some little zip ties to hang it. I emailed them and let them know my disappointment. They replied w/in 2 days and said they were sorry about the box misunderstanding. I don't even know what that meant. Anyway... what a joke. What a waste of $45.00.

I'm a repeat customer
I'm a repeat customer. The company blew off my customer service email for 60 days. Then, they look at the faded pics of the product they sent me - and deny any defects, and gives me the canned reply back. This after I checked in more than once waiting for a reply.

Received our 250th anniversary banner today. Quality product, great customer service. The delivery placed the product in an unusual place. Customer service sent a photo of where the delivery was placed. I will be looking at other products for our countries 250th anniversary, to purchase in the future. I would highly recommend to others!

I bought the button up shirt for my brother as a gift and he loves it. He’s a small man so therefore the shirt is kinda long for him. Which is exactly for most people. He likes to tuck his shirts in because he was military and can’t because when he does you can’t see all of the beautiful design on the back. 250th Anniversary Banners
I ordered four 250th Anniversary banners to hang on our barn. I usually have red white and blue cloth bunting there and this would be special for a special year. They arrived about two weeks after ordering and were packaged tightly folded. We carefully unwrapped these vinyl banners but there were creases that we couldn't smooth out. We hung them anyway hoping they would smooth out over time. With no direct sunlight, the creases lost their ink and the banner edges started fraying in less than ten days. I was hoping they would last through Independence Day but I don't think they will be in good enough shape by Memorial Day. Deeply disappointed in the quality of these banners.
