Ordered wedding stationery - this ended up taking weeks more than quoted to print - with delay after delay - without any form of notification or explanation
It’s almost impossible to get the company to answer the phone in the afternoon - one day I called 14 times without success. Only when another member of staff took ownership of the problem was it addressed. Excuse was always that they were too buy and stressed to get our stationery printed. Am appalled that Noble MacMillan who own Gregory Brother have to addressed what are clearly major managment issues.

Really poor customer service - contacted by email, phone and online contact and no response whatsoever after 3 weeks. Clearly don't want the business!

This isn't the old style family printers I imagined. We had dreadful problems with delays going right up to the wire with funeral orders of service. Do be careful to ensure that delivery agreements are kept, and any problems with IT outages shared with you in time for you to make other arrangements if needed. You only have one chance to get a funeral right. In better news, their courrier,Panther was very helpful. And Gees mitigated our complaint to some extent with a donation to Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.

Used to be great. Started using 20 years ago. Have purchased a lot of stationery, invitations, business cards etc over 2 decades. Service recently has collapsed. Sales team non-responsive and unhelpful, products came that were wrong, and quality has declined significantly (eg paper is much lower quality than it used to be). Go elsewhere
