Torquay Staff Have The Social Skills of a Mimic

The concept as a whole is great, im sure with competent staff it could be a nice place but unfortunately the staff at Torquay (especially the manager Nate and Luke) are useless and negligent.
They are unable to follow through with the simplest requests.
You can't even hire the VIP back room due to it always being filled with stock- Apparently due to the Manager never being in or not trusting his staff with the store cupboaed keys.
And they even have one Dungeon Master (Mike) likes to bully minors.

If you're looking for a fun friendly place to geek out with friends go to AFK in Newton or Idle games in Paignton.

Geek retreat Lincoln

Friendly welcoming staff and good food, the tables are a great size for board games and tgc’s with play matts, I struggle approaching people socially for games so the introduction of a table standee that reads “looking for players” or “players welcome” to put up would be a great way to cut through what can be at busy times a intimidating environment
