If you buy anything from Geekbuying don't expect any after sales service. These guys are the worst in the world. I have never heard so much BS before from so xalled customer service. Geekbuying is supposed to arrange for the collection of the failed Fossibot f3600 which, thus far, has taken 3 months, without success. Currently, Geekbuying is blaming UPS for the screw ups. After having dealt with Geekbuying these last 3 months, UPS are most definitely not to blame but they might like to know how Geekbuying is trashing their reputation.
I spent nearly €6000 with Geekbuying and they value their customers so much that they do nothing to support the sales.
Pay a bit extra and ensure you get after sales service - Geekbuying is not worth the few euros you save - buy from reliable and reputable companies with proven track records.

No refund, just harm.

1. KUGOO S1 Pro was bought in August, ridden for a month.
2. In 2021 March it was taken for a ride for three times.
3. On the third ride, front wheel came of. Luckily person survived as riding speed was close to walking speed. Medics had to restore the face which was damaged upon accident.
4. No apology, no refund, no resolution from geekbuying.com, just offer to send it back on my own money.

Folks, never buy from them again. It is an honest advise. As for this case then it will be spread all over the internet to save people from such situations.

I bought a Kugoo M4 Pro from geekbuying, it stop working after 4 months. I sent you all the information, geekbuying requested including photos and a video showing you the problem. You still will not collect it after many emails to you.

I paid you extra for your( Local Return Service) Geekbuying are delaying authorising the scooter to be return back to Poland to be fix or exchange for a new scooter.

I ordered Tv box Beelink king gt pro, but everything was normal few days.
This box has lost wi fi connection as many others of this type.
Support sent funny mail how to repair the box.

I received the email with the tracking number but i couldn´t find how to track it, i asked to customer service 02 and they answered my question in 2 minutes with a link to the tracking web. Really good customer service!!

I haven't receive my order and ask for refunding. They guide me how to prove that i didn't receive. I send the proof and Geekbuying.com reply the the refund was took place within 2 week. Truly 1 day before I the deadline expired I saw the money back to my account.
