Good communication and fast delivery
I bought a Xiaomi Mi5 on geekbuying. Having read some negative reviews here, I was afraid something might go wrong, but my experience was very positive. Good and speedy communication and, being based in Europe, I purchased though their Spanish warehouse. Delivery took less than 2 days. Happy customer.

From Good to VERY BAD
i have 33 day from my order, they splited in two ( first arrived) they delayed shipping with a phone on stock. I called on the phone to rush, to send. They respond to my email only with appologies, nothing concret, i will open a dispute on paypal to get my money back. i made my order on 18 October not in black fridey to say they are busy.

Late shipping
Placed my order 20/10 and told it was in stock !! it was eventually shipped on the 14/11 after i told them i didn't want this item as it would now be late
It was marked on the web site as "pending refund" but i kept getting emails that just spun out the process until they decided to ship the item

so far so good ! Update 28/11/16
Customer service was very helpful and understanding, haven't received my purchase as yet, looking forward to my new Ulefone Power ! UPDATE : Have now been using the Ulefone for around 3wks, the only problem i have with it is the charger converter adapter ! the fitting is very loose and falls out easily "phone can not charge" so have to recheck connection to see if phone is charging..
