Das Versprechen "free return within seven days" ist gelogen. Ich wollte ein Nachtsichtgerät zurückschicken.
ACHTUNG: Die Kosten für Rücksendung trägt der KÄUFER!
Es wurde mir angeboten in ein polnisches Warenlager zurückzusenden. Preis bei DHL ca 11€ !
Die Versandkosten habe ich selbst zu tragen!

I've been a regular geekbuying customer…

I've been a regular geekbuying customer since nov 2020 and ever since I've been satisfied with the quality of the items purchased as well as with the delivery terms. Even when I experienced an issue with the last item ordered I got the kind assistance of the geekbuying team in helping me to get the matter solved. Therefore I'd like hereby to recommend the site to all those who are still not sure if to try or not.

I have experienced a swift reply from the support team to my request of changing the shipping address for an order I have placed. However I have not received the package yet but will return with another review once that happens.

I want to appropriate to the entire of GeekBuying-China

I want to appropriate to the entire geekbuying team for product selection to after-sales support (order tracking etc). I have ordered one earbud on 15-May-2020 during the time of the current outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease. The team geekbuying handed over the parcel within 5 working days to the shipping company. International shipping this time very difficult but my consignment was reached to the local post office total 40 days. Once again yes its required some patience for your order but once you received your item you don't need to think anything.

!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

I ordered a phone costing 800 $ and when I received it, the camera lens was scratched. I contacted the site to get this fixed and they offered a 5 $ compensation which is equivalent of 0.6 % of the value. I told them this was totally unacceptable and wanted my phone replaced. I have since been writing emails with them for 2 days and they are seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have not been able to get a clear answer about the process time for the replacement or even any useful information about shipping.

DO NOT USE THEIR SITE! they are sending damaged items and their customer service it completely useless!
I am very close to just giving up and living with a damaged phone, and that is just not acceptable.
