I wanted a couple of VW cushions to give someone for a birthday present. I ordered at Monday tea time and they were delivered before 12.00 on Wednesday. Can't ask for better service than that. The quality of the cushions is excellent and they were really well wrapped. I saw the same cushions elsewhere for £10 more each so the price is great too. Free postage too! Would certainly recommend and buy again.
The only thing that may be a problem for someone is that you have to pay with Paypal. It suited me fine though.

Wow what Superior customer service Retro & Collectables provide with lightning fast postage, I ordered a neca alien queen and some other aliens figures, and they arrived in perfect condition due to the way they were all nicely packed.
You couldn't get better customer service even if you tried, I have ordered from many other toy retailers in the past but this company goes beyond the call of duty, even from the start of me ordering dean was extremely helpful and also let me know were my items were at each stage.
So if you are looking for a friendly company that looks after there customers then you have to order from retro and collectables you will only get first class items and customer service.

I recently purchased the Tweeterhead 1966 Batman Statue from Retro & Collectables Ltd.

I have found that my whole experience has been excellent.

The website is attractive and easy to navigate. Prices are competitive and I was also able to use a 10% discount code for my first purchase.

Once ordered I got a very quick e-mail response from Dean at Retro & Collectables.
Our correspondence has continued during the order process and beyond Dean has assisted me with locating other related items.

The statue was delivered promptly and free via Royal Mail 48 and was well packaged.

I even got a free 1966 Batman Pop Vinyl, which I thought was a nice touch.

I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend and to order from Retro & Collectables again....in fact Dean is currently sourcing me Robin The Boy Wonder, to go with my Batman Statue.

I purchased an item for my husband on Tuesday and received an email in a matter of minutes to advise my item had been shipped, it arrived by recorded delivery, the very next day.

The packaging was fantastic and kept the box in MINT condition.. better than when you go to a store like Toys R us and they just cram the stock onto the shelves, damaging the boxes. The delivery was free as well so you really cannot ask for better service. They add little personal touches to their delivery notes and even gave me a code for 10% off my next purchase even though I had already used a voucher code on that purchase.

Their customer service is fab too.. when emailing in regards to another item I was wanting to purchase that was not on their site yet, they emailed back that day and are kindly putting one aside for me when it comes in to stock and have not requested any money up front (unlike other sites which all seem to be happy to take your money and sit on it for weeks).

Retro and Collectables Ltd will, with out a shadow of a doubt, be my very first stop for all our geeky goods from now on and I am telling all my friends about them.

I recently purchased the Batman Cookie Jar from Retro & Collectibles. I had never heard of them before but desperately wanted to get my hands on this item which is sold out practically everywhere in the UK!
I received a confirmation e-mail straight away and within 4 days (including weekend) I had received my order!
I was very impressed with how quickly the item was delivered and how well it was packaged.
The Cookie Jar is amazing! I love it! Even got a Free Batman Coaster!!

I'd been looking everywhere for a specific gift for my brother's partner, but it was out of stock everywhere! Despite also being a back order on Retro & Collectables, they were helpful enough to provide an expected arrival date, so I knew whether I could order in time for Christmas. Sure enough, the item was dispatched on their estimated date, and arrived just 2 days later.
