Still Missing 1 Item from My Order
Still haven't gotten 1 of my items, even though it should have come out over 3 weeks ago. I at least gave them an extra star, since they did ship the other products in my order as soon as they were available, even though 2 of them were shipped about 2 weeks after the products came out.
Update: It has been 3 months. They either try to ignore me regarding the missing item, or give me the runaround regarding, telling me it has been sent, when it actually hasn't. Stay away from them.

I made a error on my order and went to contact their customer chat through Facebook messenger to see if they could help fix it. The initial response was quick but I was then left with no response and no solution to my problem.
