unreliable shipping out of store.
I purchased 2 cards, on the 5th, took 15 days to travel from Gatineua to BC. just be aware of slower shipping coming out.
I ordered 2 cards on eBay from Laval on the 7th, and they arrived on the 12th.
I don't know if GeekFashion just hit "order fulfilled" on the next day and don't ship for another 5 days.
but lettermail via canada post shouldn't take 15 days from anywhere in Canada.

The buyer bought 2 cards at 2$. We ship with Canada Post, but the customer doesn't understand we use letter mail service for a package of 4$ value. We ship the day after his order from Québec to BC. This is out of our control.

From bad to the best!
They turned what could of been a really bad experience to an amazing one! I ordered 4 packs of cards and only received 2, I emailed them immediately and probably within an hour they responded apologizing and offered me 2 extra packs for free and they put next day shipping! Honestly one of the best companies I have dealt with when it comes to customer service!

Absolute Disaster
Ordered a sealed case of booster boxes and received an opened one.
The return label I was given wasn't actually a return label so I couldn't ship it back.
Was told I could pay for shipping through Canada Post and they would reimburse me for the cost.
Shipped it back and was told they wouldn't reimburse my shipping cost and that I was now banned from their store.
Overall, Amazing customer service. A++

We sent a return label, but the buyer refused to return the box to us with Canpar. He then asked us to return the package with Canada Post, which he did. In the beginning, the buyer had mentioned to us wanting an exchange which we had accepted but once received the buyer demanded a full refund.
