I ordered an item that was more-or-less sold out everywhere else, but luckily I found it on Geek Garage for a great price! Delivery was speedy and item arrived exactly as described.
We ordered 3 loungefly bags split over 2 orders. They arrived promptly and were packaged extremely well and the price I paid was very reasonable. I have already placed another order.

Overall good customer service
A bit disappointed that only 1 of the 3 bags I ordered arrived wrapped. I understand this business is also a public facing shop so some items purchased will have been on display in the shop. One of the items arrived dirty and damaged as a result of this. Contacted the store who offered me a free return and a full refund as this was the last of the item in stock. I have opted to keep the bag and see if can be repaired as I am unable to get the item elsewhere. Customer service offered was good hence why I have overall gave 4 stars however I personally dont think I would choose to shop here again.

Ordered 2 pops one for me, one for my sister and they arrived in a speedy amount of time which I was very impressed with. My pop however came a tad squished which was on the side of the delivery box that was also squished which was sad as I was really looking forward to finally owning this pop my sisters on the other hand came in pristine condition. they arrived fully wrapped in bubble wrap so I can’t fault them and the damage was probably due to the delivery company which was out of their control but I can’t fault them the prices and delivery are worth 5* alone. Will defo be ordering again but hopefully won’t have the same issue 🤞🏻

Disappointed
This my first order with them and I received one that I order and another that was mistakenly put in instead of what I actually ordered .To then be told they would refund the price of the item I didn’t receive as they were out of stock . A bit disappointed as that sold item was actually the reason I purchased in the first place .
