Extremely happy!
Absolutely amazing experience with this company. I ordered a Loungefly bag online, but when it arrived there was a little damage - which could have been missed really easily. I emailed Paul, sent him some photos, and he had a replacement ready to send out straight away. Communication was brilliant, service was fantastic. I’ll definitely be buying from here again!
