Bought air pod pros. They are class. I’ve bought many fakes before and these are by far the best quality. I will be ordering again as I loose them a lot with my job. Posted same day and received the day after order! Genuinely couldn’t vouch more for them

rubbish

unfortunately would like to give 0 but no option for that. every recent order i placed has been out of stock and had to go through paypal for my refund. why? also why are you still taking subscriptions you said months ago subs had ended. yet still taking peoples money .
terrible customer service, and items were getting progressively worse. i am sure covid pandemic didnt help but think your products just enforced why waste money on rubbish.

Don’t waste your time!

If I could give less stars I would. Worst company to deal with. Ordered items for my daughters 10th birthday. Left a month with nothing, trying to speak to customer services is like trying to communicate with outer space. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time or give yourself the stress of interacting with this "company"

The worse shop ever

The worse shop ever. Found it on Instagram by Harry Potter influencers friends. So I bought a Mcgonagall box, I paid for it and everything was apparently sorted and a week later still no news about my purchased. I have been trying to reach them by email and instagram. They blocked me on Instagram and don´t answer any more my mails. THEY LITERALLY STOLE FROM ME.
It´s been over a year and no birthday present, no money and no Mcgonagall box. As I said to friends don´t buy there for your own sake! Pampling is a much better shop for everyone out there!

Item never received, unable to reach customer support. Fraud company.

This service is fraudulent. I purchased a single t-shirt from this site early in July, it is now the end of the month and have not received a single correspondence from them besides the initial order receipt where they happily took my money. No shipping notification and the item has never showed. I emailed two different support emails and have not received any response. $35 essentially robbed from me. Will be opening a PayPal dispute and hoping to get my money back.

Disgusting experience from these crooks

Disgusting experience over the past 4 months with geekgearbox.

Firstly a wrong item arrived and I was told to keep the wrong item but they wouldn’t send a replacement item because of their green credentials and it wouldn’t be worth sending… yeah I know right! So I’m stuck with a wrong item. After reading reviews I decided not to return at my expense as I probably wouldn’t get a refund. So I took the store credit option.

Bought a t shirt with the store credit (which they generously gave me 10x the value of the original item for as a gesture of goodwill - I should have smelled the rat at this point…) I then get an email saying the t shirt is out of stock and would I like a refund/credit/exchange. I took store credit to the value of 2x (amazing huh!) and tried to order another 2 t shirts. They took the order and kept the shipping fee for the previous order whilst charging me £3 for shipping. So I’m £6 down.

Order arrives but it’s missing one of the shirts. I contact them, no reply. I chase up a week later and get a reply from Simon who has no clue what it going on. I fill him in and he refunds them shipping. £0.94… great but what about the other £2.06 and the missing t shirt? I email again and get another blank “what’s going on” email. Anyway I manage to reverse the transaction with the bank and get the £3 back. Simon begrudgingly refunds the £2.06 a week later after detailing out every single email and transaction to him.

I decide to give them one final chance and on Friday last week order 3 x t shirts. My store credit had accumulated to £60! I don’t care if it’s bigger than the amount I originally paid for, it’s not my problem if they want to give me store credit… get an email this morning “all t shirts are out of stock”… absolute rubbish!! I know it’s rubbish as all the items are showing in stock.

I send an email to ask what the hell is going on and can they send me a list of t shirts that actually are in stock. I get a reply saying “we will process your refund now”….

They’re clueless, Kelly, one of the other “customer service” operatives is absolutely useless and very unprofessional. Please do take note of the reviews for this company. They are awful. Please do not use them as you will experience a hard time!

Thieves, liars, no moral: never sent my order from over 1 year ago!

This is really 0 stars!
I have been in contact with them several times as they have never had the item I ordered in stock and therefore never sent it, but they never informed me about it and when I made the complaint they didn’t seem to know anything or want to tell me anything. Even then they finally told me the item have never been in stock and they had no idea when it was coming, they still had it on their website for months, luring other customers to believe that they will get what they pay for.

After about 8 months of patience I was promised a refund or an replacement for free, but then I ask them for a refund, they again stopped answering my emails. Even more time went by with no contact several times in between some email getting answered.In total I have had to take everything up over 5 times (then they replied) with 3 different persons over the last year and two months!

I was patient and gave them time to sort things out because of the troubles with the pandemic, but today I really regret it as this company has no morals and don’t care about delivering to their customers at all! Now that I thought they finally would make things right, they can’t find the order number anymore and says it’s invalid! No surprise really, it’s over a year old because of them and this company clearly has no control!

Stay clear of this company and save your money from these thieves!

Returned an item to them at my expense (£10 tracked) in May, it’s now July and just received the parcel back unopened ‘return to sender’. No explanation. Is this company for real? Wish I’d read the reviews before.

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with. Placed an order on 28th December 2021 and by April 2022 still hadn’t received it. Was told so many lies by people replying to my emails. I was offered an refund which I said I’d take, item was £19.99 pre Christmas discount, probably paid about £15/£16 for it and they refunded me £1.58.
Sent screenshots from my bank and an email they sent themselves to me confirming the price Of the original item paid for and then stating the refund was £1.58. They claim they have refunded me in full and won’t be giving any more money back!
Takes them weeks to reply to emails and they are just blunt and rude when they do.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Illegally taken £131.94 and not answered emails!

I have send 30+ emails because 4 boxes have been sent to me and money taken from my bank AFTER I cancelled. The items are like Primark quality tack. I have sent (at my own cost) 2 boxes back to this company and provided a proof of delivery to show they have been sent and I have still not received a refund. They stopped answering my emails after telling me to send the boxes back and promising a refund if I did so.

I have to send 1 email every week. They have responded once to ask me to summarise "what I think I am owed" even though its perfectly clear they are in the wrong. They have taken a total of £131.94 and I am now escalating my complaints through a retail watchdog, hoping to get this company to give me the refund I deserve.

The owner of this company is nothing more than a crook.

Worst Geek shop.

Ordered a total of 4 Best ever mystery boxes just before the bank holiday weekend. I expected some delay but with these I just kept getting told itll ship next week. that never happened after two weeks of delay after delay my item was never shipped. Pathetic customer service. Dont Shop here at all you probably wont get your Item!

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time, or money Ordered items for birthday gifts and still haven’t received the items. it was nearly a month the first time I placed an order and over 2 weeks this time I ordered! even though I had paid 48 tracked for delivery.
