Sent back iPhone but no refund money

I proceeded to refund an iPhone with extreme difficulty because they don’t have the form or care to respond to multiple emails.
Now they have the iPhone but I still haven’t got my money back, I already sent the proof but they still refuse to respond.

Very bad

One of the worst experiences ever. They sell refurbished products that do not correspond to the description. They pass off damaged products as "perfect". They have no assistance and the only telephone number is answered by a recorded voice which warns that they do not provide any telephone assistance and that all contact will only be via email. Afterwards there is only absolute silence. Avoid, don't trust.

The company is professional

The company is very helpful, accommodating, and professional, even though it occasionally makes small mistakes. However, they always find a way to resolve them quickly. The customer service is attentive, fast, and effective. Their kindness and willingness to help definitely put the company in a positive light.

recieved a refurbished phone

recieved a refurbished phone, 2 months later the screen has stop working as when they refurbished it they did a bad job, will not send me a replacement phone and told me it can take a few weeks for the repair process, leaving me with no phone for my work or money to buy a new one, worst company i have ever got a refurbished phone from, their customer service is terrible too with the slowest response rate

Great experience so far

My experience with Geekmarket has been very positive so far. I bought an iPhone in “Very good” state and it was delivered in an impeccable condition although with 84% battery. I was expecting some minor issues but I didn’t find any scratches anywhere, just a little dirt in some holes. The phone works perfectly after several weeks of usage. The delivery was a bit delayed and they forgot to send the charger along with the cable as stated in their website. I warned them about the situation and they immediately resolved it.
