Just purchased the Geekom A5 Pro and the ordering process was incredibly smooth. The specs on this mini PC look absolutely amazing for the price point, and customer support has been highly responsive. Can't wait for it to arrive and get it set up on my desk!

As a finance broker, I have several apps open at once that are heavy on the CPU and RAM. Excel x2-3, 25 tabs open on chrome, AI (Claude), outlook, teams and adobe and it never lags!
It’s so responsive!
The only bad thing to say is the fan goes off pretty hard but small price to pay

Quick and quiet

I recently purchased a GEEKOM A6 mini pc. What a great little machine. Easy to setup, everything just works straight out of the box. Highly recommended.

I bought it to replace an tower system that had windows 10 that could not be up graded to windows 11.
The Geekom is so good and has never missed a beat and has everything that I need

My tiny Geekom A8 Max is dwarfed by my redundant tower PC but it has so much more power. I love the small size but it has adequate ports for all of my peripherals. S far it has done everything I have asked of it, mainly home type stuff but I have also done some photo editing.
The buying experience was a pleasure and the price was great.
I have a few very minor issues with the design but nothing that would stop me from recommending it to a friend.

I have had my Geekom Mini IT11 for over a year now and cannot fault it. Any minor problems or questions are dealt with quickly online and the performance is amazing.

I've got the Geekom A5 MiniPc. Received the order promptly. It was packaged in a very good and attractive box. No problems with the setup and was up and running immediately. Added a 1TB SSD drive i have lying around. Easy and SSD was recognized immediately. 16GB RAM was more than enough although if I have money, I would probably add another 16GB RAM. But It's expensive. So far, I prefer using the Geekom than my Thinkpad X1 Carbon (32GB) as a attached the A5 to a bigger Samsung Screen and Surface Go3. Thinking of purchasing later this year but with a 32 GB RAM at a reasonable price tag,

I purchased an A6 model. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Setting up was very easy. I use it with two hdmi monitors which was an important factor in choosing the A6 model. The SD slot was also a factor in my decision. The storage and memory capacity is great. I use it only for office type applications (not games) which it handles with ease. In the months since purchase it has not missed a beat. Love it.

only just set up my Geekom GT1 and although haven't used it a lot yet, I am impressed with its power and speed to run the applications I needed it for with demanding video processing.
needless to say, how sleek it is and great looks.

We have purchase 9 of the Ryzen A5 mini PC's for work over the past 12 months and have found them fantastic replacement for aging hardware. With multiple ports, 16gb RAM, 512SSD, Win 11 Pro, all under $500ea (cheaper when on sale), these mini PC's are an affordable alternative for home and work. We will continue to add more to our work network as the older computers age out.

Customer service is second to none. Prompt, courteous and helpful.
I run two mini PCs every day and when another PC in our household comes to end of it's life, I'll be replacing it with a Geekom without hesitation.
Built very well with excellent components.
Flexible, adaptable and easy to configure.
Great value for such a compact form factor.

Purchased a Geekom GT1 Mega A1 Mini PC 27/05/2025 for $1599 from the Geekom.au website. Either at the same time or soon after the same machine was sold for $1300 by the same website, so consequently I was massively ripped off by Geekom.
The machine was delivered around 19/06/2025 and so it took what seemed forever for it to be delivered, especially when I usually receive orders from Australian based organisations within say a week.
I emailed regularly for updates on delivery and at the best received vague responses, almost like they were trying to hide something. They were in a way because it took soo long for the delivery. The customer service consequently was poor so say the least. They did offer a condolence gift, so to speak, which I accepted but then proceeded to treat me with disdain. While their email responses were prompt, it was clear they weren't reading my requests or the emails were simply AI generated. So the customer service overall thus far I would rate them with a 0 star.

The 3 star rating is due to my happiness of the machines performance thus far but reduced by the fact I was way overcharged on its purchase. I note there was no attempt by them to offer the best price.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, packaged safely. Great communication. Device was as described and what we needed.

Great little machine that packs allot of punch

Man! What a wonderful change. I bought the Geekom XT12 Pro as an upgrade for my business a year ago and I was so impressed with the speed and space of the computer that I bought one for the home too to run all our systems, including streaming. What a dream it has been since having this system. I will definately stay with Geekom when purchasing next :)

My new Geekom Mini IT13 Max provided all the specs I was looking for and at a great price. The product was delivered quickly and it was immediately evident that the computer was a quality product and after setting up my personal preferences I was more than impressed with the speed and reliability achieved. This computer will provide me with satisfaction for years to come.
