Easter miracle

It was late on Easter Sunday when my computer died and I was desperate. After booking online I had a technician at my house same day who diligently worked to solve the issue. It was unbelievable service.

Jason and team at geeks2U

Jason, the technical staff, who made the service call was very professional and explained in 'plain English' the problem and guided me on what I could do. I wish to also convey my deep appreciation of the quality of the geeks2U's front-line service staff who attended to my service request and attended to me on completion of the service visit by Jason. Both these ladies were outstanding: empathetic, reassuring, clear, friendly and highly customer centric. geeks2U is a great outfit. Based on my engagements with three staff members, I feel reassured that it is an ethical, customer-centric and technically competent organisation. I will, if needed, readily use the services of geeks2U and will confidently recommend others to use the services of geeks2U.

Geeks for me!

I have had Geeks2U twice over the last few years and each time have been impressed at their knowledge, speed, efficiency and pleasant personalities.
I know when they leave that I can stop worrying about being scammed or losing money over the internet.
Andrew came today and sorted out a very worrying problem within the hour.

Expert Advice 👍

Sai was very professional & helped me greatly with advice regarding my new smart tv and how to get around it and make it work better. Without his advice I would still be 'in the dark' and now feel much more confident. As I am in my 70's I am trying to keep up with technology, but at times can be challenging!

I highly recommend Geeks2U!

The Geeks2U technician arrived at exactly the time that was stated for arrival was courteous and respectful. I had two problems that he successfully resolved, and he explained what had caused those issues (in case they crop up again!). This is the second time I have used Geeks2U and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Geeks 2 U Great Service

The Geeks 2 u was on time, easy going, pleasant and empathetic to talk to and knowledgeable. He taught me what I needed to know to continue where we left off with setting up a new iPad for my autistic child and overall provided a highly professional, in-home service which I would highly recommend.

Really bad customer m er service have never dealt with a company with…

I have never dealt with a company with such atrocious customer service Do not use these people. The technician wasn't at fault just the phone customer service. It took me 2 months to get my problem resolved with a brand new laptop purchased thru them. Procrastination at every point. Terrible company to deal with

Jon saves the day again.

This was the second time Jon had helped me with my computer software problem. As usual, he was able to rectify the problem quite quickly, and helped me with a number of updates. Jon is always very courteous and pleasant to deal with, and explains everything in a way that a non-tech-savvy person like me can easily understand. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
