About a year ago, I bought a smartphone from geekvida.es. Last June I had a problem with it and opened a service request with Geekvida. They told me to send it to their repair partner TomRepair, and after THREE months, I got the phone back in the exact same conditions. During this THREE months I got no answers from Geekvida on my inquires about the phone repair status.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM GEEKVIDA! WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!

Geekvida and Tomrepair is the same do NOT buy there
Tomrepair is part of Geekvida and very unreliable.
Geekvida sent me a phone with a defect, they told me Tomrepair will handle the warranty. After numerous of emails they do not come with any solution. it is possible to make a mistake but please solve it!!!
THIS IS A BAD COMPAGNY DO NOT BUY WITH GEEK VIDA OR TOM REPAIR.
