pessimo

il mio giudizio è assolutamente negativo!!
ho acquistato un cellulare, da subito ha evidenziato problemi, ho concordato di mandarlo al loro centro di assistenza in Spagna per un aggiornamento SW. Mi è tornato dopo oltre 3 mesi nelle stesse condizioni.
Ho quindi concordato un rimborso dell'acquisto, avendo coinvolto anche il produttore. Mi hanno obbligato a spedire il cellulare al loro Centro, risultato: dopo un altro mese mi torna il telefono sempre non funzionante e neanche un euro nonostante i miei solleciti.
Credo sia un negozio on line da evitare

Bufala del Diritto di Recesso

Ho acquistato uno smartphone con "spedizione dall'Europa" e mi hanno spedito dalla Germania un prodotto difettoso. Ho provato a chiedere l'applicazione del diritto di recesso (in Spagna secondo il loro sito) ma senza successo. Ho chiesto aiuto a PayPal e alla fine sono stato costretto a spese mie a restituire il prodotto, spedendolo in Cina, pagando un sacco di soldi. Fate attenzione!!!

Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo negozio, telefono arrivato prima del previsto, disponibilissimi a tutte le mie 1000 domande(anche post acquisto), supporto in italiano, prezzi imbattibili, 2 anni di garanzia europea su tutto, se dovete comprare qualcosa qui andate sul sicuro! Consigliatissimo
