Technical glitch.
We ordered and paid by PayPal and got no emails to access what we paid for, it was supposed to be instant delivery, we tried messaging on the site and by email. Nothing back. I contacted PayPal and got a refund.
Apparently there was a technical glitch with the delivery of the product their end. They have apologised but unfortunately we have already bought the product elsewhere.
