I never lost a pound. I have used a bottle and half and so frustrated. They gave me hope. I believed them. I was going to try and get ahold of them and ask what I was doing wrong. I really want a refund which wasn’t used.

This product does nothing. I eat healthy and exercise 7 days a week. Wanted to lose 5-7 lbs-nothing has changed with this product.
Very overpriced and no easy return.

If I could give a 1/4 star I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Shame on Dr. Oz for preying on people's weaknesses. Shame on me for trusting it. I did not open my order after it arrived, my pcp said not to take it. Her rational: you have no idea whats really in it. So since they have a 30 day refund policy, I thought ok good, send it back. Well ..... 7 emails later: they offer to give you less than 1/2 of what you paid and you keep the product/donate it. Hell no. I demanded my full refund and then suddenly there's a 20% restocking fee. (I will lose $110) Shamful marketing. 30 days means 30 days. DO NOT BUY

Money back guarantee is a joke. So is the product. I've been taking it for a month with no results. Instead of money back they keep offering a VIP package worth $254. Just refund the money. SCAM

Apparently a very well done AI VIDEO with Dr Oz, as it is very compelling. DO NOT BUY IT. I was fortunate and my attempt to purchase didn’t go thru. Then I got texts and emails from other people saying “you didn’t finish the order” and they claimed to be the creator of Gelatide. The world is an very unsafe place to order anything online anymore unless you KNOW THAT YOU KNOW THAT YOU KNOW the company is legit. I’m so over this AI stuff and the scammers out there. 😝

Product has only one ingredient of the pink gelatin trick. The video with Dr. Oz and others is a scam and so is the product. I was completely duped and spent over $500. I am on a fixed income and now I have a ton of useless products.

I would give them zero stars if it were an option. Total scam! I have requested my 100% money back guarantee and my request has been ignored.

This is a scam! Do you waste your money. Product is not what it says it is. They said guarantee if if didn't work they would return your money, but they are not available to warranty their claim. I had a BAD heart reaction the first time I took two drops! Could not take again. I bought the 6 bottles. Paid $395.27 on 02-26-26. BIG mistake. Purchased through Facebook. Total waste of my money.

Right away after viewing the video with dr oz on this gelatide drops i called the office to cancel the order. Instead of sending me a trial bottles they sent me 16 bottles and i was charged over $970. On my credit card also i am canadian so my dollar is not worth the same as US dollar. I am 75 years old, i dont have a pension other then the small Canada pension and now i have to pay for my husband to live in a full care residence since he fell and fractured his spinel cord , i did not expect that gelatide would charge my account that much money. I cant get ahold of this company through email or calling them, there number is not in service.

My sentiments echo those who have written reviews. The product is fraudulently endorsed. Information provided on the “infomercial” is completely false, including being fda approved and medical grade. It is impossible to recover money. Add-ons and upsales are insidious and easy to overlook, thus resulting in unwanted expenses and product.

All I have to say this is the snake oil of weight loss. Dr Oz should be ashamed! I don’t buy it that scammers are doing this. I can’t even get in touch with them to even try for a refund! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!

They know they are selling a placebo product. Company is one outlet center for multiple products. The game is a scam spread by their scammers who repeat the same drivel to every customer. They need to be investigated!!
If you check carefully it is easy to tell the placebos are character actors. This is despicable and should be shut down! They also sell these same products, such as Gelatide, at Walmart for $59 for five bottles, compared to the scammers who sell $59 for each bottle! Just saying. Sadly, l don’t trust any of these companies….

I did not order this product only because of the reviews. It sounds like a hugely unsuccessful, overrated product. This is why I always read the reviews on many products. These celebrities are just MONEY HUNGRY/HUNTERS! Shame on them. You can buy it from Walmart for just $17.00. Still not going to buy it though.

I purchased Gelatide on March 2nd. I want to request a refund but the phone number they gave me is disconnected. The product does not work. I did not lose weight. They should be sued for false advertisement. I bought one bottle and they gave me one free. It is not worth 120.00 which is what I spent.

Update: I never got the 2nd half of my refund as promised. I called them again, & they tried to tell me that I wouldn't get the refund because it was outside the warranty, & the person actually hung up on me! I called again. This time I got an email saying the refund has been processed, but it will again take 7-10 business days to get it! Only time will tell IF I actually get the refund!
This product did NOT work at all - no weight loss, no increased energy, etc! It has nothing to do with the "gelatin trick". My offer included a 180 day money back guarantee. I called about a refund 65 days after receiving the product. I was told there was only a 60 day guarantee (what the website now says). I argued (luckily I had printed the 180 day guarantee & told them that), so they finally said they would issue 1/2 the refund then & the remaining balance would be refunded after they received the product. I was told to include my order number inside the package to ensure they could process the refund, which I did. According to the post office tracking number, it was delivered to an individual (not just left at the door) on 02/17/26. As of 03/11/26 (22 days later), I still have not received the refund. I called again today & they will now process the refund. When I asked why it wasn't processed sooner, I was told that they don't process the refund until the customer calls them with the return tracking number, but I was NEVER told that prior to today! Since they had all my information, including the order number, there is absolutely NO reason I should have had to call them again with the return tracking number. I'm sure they do that, knowing that many people forget to follow up & never make that additional call! I will diligently watch for the remaining refund! What a rip off!!!

This was a complete rip off...I paid $396 for 8 bottles of this crap....I am allergic to green tea and didn't realize it had that in it ..the refund policy was a joke and I could only recover half of the money..an expensive lesson for me!!!!!!

I received a box of 6 gelatide 2 oz bottles. My total cost $346. There are no legible ingredients or instructions on the bottle and no instructions came with the package. I was drawn in by the Dr. Oz video which I've since learn is a fraud. I've requested a refund and I'm going back and forth with "Sarah Williams" who I am beginning to think is a chat box. I've provided my order number numerous times and each response will ask me, what is your order number, very robotic responses. Very frustrated. This is a SCAM. Do not fall for this! ldantin
