I do not think that the European part of the company exists. Mails are rejected and as soon as you mention Europe to the help desk from the .com site they stop communicating with you.
Had problems with a recent UK order. The UK support email does not accept incoming mail. Emailed GelBlaster.com and no response back. Have also sent two web forms with no response. Very poor service!!!
I ordered the 4 pack of surge pistols and they came in time and they are working also did get the extra gellets that were promised with the pack
I backed their Kickstarter fundraiser and bought 4 guns, but the batteries were faulty, so they recalled them in return for a refund.
So I shipped them back on a label they supplied. But the package was lost by the shipping agency (UPS), and there's nothing I can do, as I'm not listed as the sender.
Gelblaster promised they would handle the case and still refund me the payment. Now it's been a month since the payment should have been refunded, and they don't respond to any of my emails!
Don't be as foolish as me to buy from those guys!!

but communication wise you will only get 1 reply in 24 hours of time weather if its a new inquiry or going back and forth on the email thread.
HOWEVER the shipping on the other hand is BAD. Label gets created a few days after order being placed. and than label gets created and goes by another 4 days go by before tracking starts moving. Once on delivery route, FedEX decides to delay it by additional day stating business closed and its a home.
Still waiting for item to be delivered.
