FB coffee mug - A+++

Ordered a FB coffee cup, FB sticker and FB postcard for my husband's birthday. Arrived quickly but unfortunately the inside glaze on the cup was faulty. I phoned and they were very apologetic and arranged to send a replacement straight away at no extra charge. The new mug arrived in perfect condition and my husband was very impressed. Thank you.
