I spent nearly €450 at their store buying Christmas gifts. Half of which never arrived.
The only solution from the seller has been to give me a claim form in the hopes of getting my money back from the postal company. a shame as I love the store concept but I will not spend another cent at this store given the the lack of care and ownership in assuring you receive the goods you’ve paid for.
