Luton Branch - Great work!

Luton Branch - LV claim after two young lads ran into the back of my car. Was picked up from home adn repaired within a week, including the time it took for extra parts to arrive that weren't thought needed until they began the job. At all times the team kept me fully updated, the repair makes the car look as good as new adn it was returned within 5 minutes of the stated return time.
Excellent from all at Luton!

Car was repaired by Gemini via Esure…

Car was repaired by Gemini Uddingston via Esure after a rear end collision. I was very impressed with the Gemini service, the information on the repairs and timeframe etc was first class, describing to me exactly what work would be carried out and how long this would take. Car was returned completely repaired and valeted - really an excellent service. Thank you Gemini.

These guys shouldn’t be trading

These guys shouldn’t be trading - they fixed my car which they had from June till the end of September. There were 29 issues with the repairs. The bonnet was almost an inch out and it wouldn’t open- all the wheel arches were loose, they put the drivers door card on wrong and the lighting inside wouldn’t work. The front bumper was loose to name a few. They took my car back to fix the issues on 11th October. That’s the last time I saw it. Excuses galore - misleading and trying to pull wool over my eyes - telling me that error messages are “because it’s been sat” - this is a brand new car which the list price is in excess of £100k. My advice is if you want your car ruined, devalued and be without it for 7 months then use these guys. In my opinion they should be taken off the list of approved repairers - I only wish I’d gone somewhere else - what was my pride and joy car has turned into a waking nightmare. It’s affected my mental health and I still have no idea why they have my car. It’s just awful. Please please don’t use them.

Would NOT recommend

My car went in for insurance work into the Caldicot branch and came back to me with issues that it didn't go in for. Boot door was not flush, bumper had huge gaps where it wasn't aligned correctly, so it went back only to come back even worse, they have completely destroyed the bumper to the point where I can actually see dent marks where it's been forced off and not put back on correctly AGAIN, not to mention the scratches that are all along my driver and passenger doors. Really not happy with the after care either as he tried to tell me they had completed the work, clearly does not go through any quality checks before leaving the repair shop!!

Excellent first class company,

My new car was damaged after owning it for a few weeks. Gemini from LUTON came and collected my car and supplied me with a very good courtesy car. My car took a week to repair and I was contacted all the time on the progress of my repairs. My car came back after a week and looked absolutely AMAZING, The repairs were first class and cleaned so well inside and out. Have to say this is a first class company and the staff were all very helpful and nice. Thank you Gemini.

I had a nasty bump with a tow-bar which…

I had a nasty bump with a tow-bar which completely displaced my car bonnet, smashed my front grills and left a beauty of a hole in my front bumper. I took my car down to gemini asking if they would be able to repair this and sure enough they delivered. They got it back to an excellent condition, making my car look brand new again! I’m absolutely buzzing with the work they have done and the speed of which it was complete, I couldn’t believe It! I’d like to thank Adam Lannie especially for his effort in sorting this. Couldn’t recommend them anymore.

Be carefull told by insurance company…

Be carefull told by insurance company to use Bodmin centre
When I picked van up I wasn’t happy.
When I complained they came out with a touch up brush to try and keep me happy
Even insurance inspector was gobsmacked.
I have been told to take van back to the same garage but worried because I made a complaint.

Accident to car return in 10 days!

Hit up the rear on Sunday, car collected by Gemini Tewkesbury the next day, repaired and returned only 10 days after the crash! A quick inspection in pouring rain indicated that the car looked as new, and I was told that any concerns should be phoned through and they would address them.
Impressive service, and very pleasant people. Kevin assured me that Gemini have done a good job for me

Darlington branch spot on

My car was sent to the Darlington branch for repair after an accident.
They called to arrange its delivery so i attended their premises unannounced to look over the repair before the car was delivered.
My unnanounced arrival was not a problem, the lady on the reception couldnt have been anymore heloful and showed me my car in the workshop.
The manager came out, he talked me through the work that had been done, he even took the car outside so i could see the repair in the daylight.
The car is spot on, the staff were great and the premises are spotless. My car was picked up and delivered to fit in with me and when they said it would be too

Gemini - Kettering first class


I recently had my car accident damage repaired by Gemini Kettering, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The telephone staff were attentive and efficient, making the entire process smooth. The repair engineers did an outstanding job, and the delivery drivers were prompt and professional. They picked up my car, provided a loan car, and returned everything in perfect condition. Overall, a first-class experience!

Excellent service from Gemini repairs from the head office and the local garage at Denton They kept us informed about the progress at every step the people were fantastic Andrea at Denton who kept us up to date and the men who collected and delivered our car they were all pleasant well mannered and helpful the car was only away just over a day which was great as we rely on the car So 100% service would recommend this garage

Excellent Service

I recently had my vehicle stolen which was found but damaged so it was sent to Halesowen Gemini Repair Centre. I can honestly say my whole experience from beginning to end was as stress free as possible. Jayne regularly contacted me to keep me informed even if there was nothing to report. Craig the manager was amazing too along with Neil who delivered my vehicle safe and sound back to me. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs a car repair. The process due to no fault of theirs was lengthy unfortunately due to a back log of stolen cars in the same situation as mine. Gemini let me use one of their vehicles so at least I could get around. Thank you so much to the team at Halesowen.

Do not allow Gemini to repair your car

Beware of having your car repaired at this company - especially Gemini Nottingham. My car was sent to them by my insurance, I had experienced poor repairs from the brand in the past so I stated I didn’t want my car repaired by them, the insurance declined my right to take my car elsewhere for repairs. The car was then reluctantly taken to Gemini Nottingham where to no surprise to me it came back not only with poor repairs completed but also additional damage.

The list of issues included
- Unresolved steering issue
- Dent still being visible
- Dirt under the new paint on the alloy refurb
- Wrong colour paint on damaged panel (even the receptionist recognised the colour was wrong)
- Poor quality finish on the edges of the paintwork including flaking.
- Scratches on the roof done during the repair.

I then obviously complained to my insurer and told them I was going to a 3rd part as the repairs were unacceptable. The insurer again denied me this right and stated I would have to take it to another branch of Gemini. The other branch then completed the repairs and even themselves were shocked at the poor quality repairs done by Gemini Nottingham. Again though even they couldn’t do an acceptable repair as the steering is still pulling.

I have spent months battling my insurer and it is now with the Ombudsman. The issue is if these issues are not resolved by the end of my lease then I will be charged by my lease company.

Do not trust Gemini with accident repairs!!
