Really helpful and friendly

So I've never had an accident before and after the run around from my insurance company and 3 approved garages NOT wanting to do the work, the 4th garage my insurance recommended was Gemini at Leeds. I spoke and dealt with a chap called Jonny - WOW what a fabulous guy! He made me feel less stressed and at eas with the whole process of what was going to happen. He arranged for my car to be picked up 1 week later and drop off a courtesy car. Gemini had my car for 6 days. I was kept well informed throughout the duration. If I ever need any work doing in future I will be ringing Jonny at leeds. Thank you again for the excellent service and follow up phone call.(the lady with the 'rusty colour' Mokka 🤣).

Recently had a minor repair through…

Recently had a minor repair through insurance at Nottingham branch. They have damaged my rear offside alloy. After a few initial issues it has been sorted and back to its gleaming best. Very happy thank you!!

Smooth process, Excellent customer service

My vehicle was involved in a non fault accident and my insurance company put forward Gemini Wakefield branch to do the Repairs. The service we have received from Sue and Steve has been above and beyond, even to the point of providing with me a courtesy vehicle because my insurance company who appointed enterprise to supply me with one couldn’t. And my insurance were no help whatsoever. Once again, thanks for the smooth process and excellent customer service!

Perfect service

I wanted to take my car to Gemini Chesterfield for repair, my insurance company who use a second company to sort out repairers said that the above was at that time not on their list. I complained and they changed their mind and I was allowed to use Gemini.
From the start Gemini were excellent, inspected the damage, arranged a courtesy car and booked the car in. 3 days later as promised the car repair was complete, collected the car, perfect repair, the car had been polished and valeted, the staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you Gemini. Mike F

Better late than sorry!!

Gemini Telford you have really outdone yourself, I had so much trouble with my insurance trying to get them to locate my vehicle which had taken them weeks. The two LOVELY ladies in the office Amy & Becky had reassured me that they were doing all they can to get my car down to them and they did. I was kept informed every step of the way with update on how my car was I wouldn’t have coped without Amy & Becky in my corner my mental heath went through the roof but these two manged to keep me calm. We even talked about me buying a new vehicle and I was explaining what I wanted and they actually listened to me It was amazing to know that such people still work in these types of industries. Because just having someone to listen to you when you are going through all these emotions is what some people need specially when your insurance don’t care I would also like to thank the men in the office as well because they had taken time to explain what would happen with my vehicle when it arrived. Telford branch is absolutely amazing.

You guys should be rewarded for the outstanding service you have provided.

I wanted to give them the benefit of…

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first poor-quality attempt to fix my car, but my car was just returned to me with more issues (simple stuff like lights not working, plastic components not screwed as required, sensors not calibrated, beeping continuously even when driving etc). I don’t think they are taking safety seriously; the quality checks are non-existent. My insurance selected them for post-accident repair. If as an inexperienced woman, I can see so many defects I’m really concerned about the fixes they have completed, and which are not visible to me. I will be raising my concerns with my insurance, and I’m sharing my experience to warn other motorists. Total cowboys! Avoid!

Excellent work speedily completed

They repaired my vehicle quickly and to a high standard, and the car was delivered freshly valeted. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation using them again if the need arises

Leicester- Jiten & Natalie are amazing

Leicester Centre - Natalie and Jiten are the absolute glue to the Leicester depot. Our car was recovered there after a crash ( Audi) everytime I phoned up Natalie was so friendly, so helpful and when we visited the centre she was so welcoming. We were then shown around our car by Jiten who was so knowledgeable and showed such empathy that our car was in such a mess.
They both really are an asset to Leicester and I would like there Area Manager to be informed of how wonderful they both are and our thanks passed on to these 2 wonderful staff. 100%

Let’s hope the other 2 guys in the office when we visited on Monday learn to smile and be so welcoming like Jiten & Natalie !

Absolutely Terrific Service

Gemini have been absolutely incredible. Lots of communication along the way, provided me with a fantastic courtesy car, and got the repairs done very quick! They've gone above and beyond and I would hope that I would get to go through Gemini if I ever have another accident.

A friendly Ronseal.

The Telford branch offered a very friendly service & couldn’t be more helpful. They are not magicians and can’t affect factors outside their control but gave detailed explanations and kept me in the loop on progress. This led to a very speedy repair and the vehicle looking like new at the end. Spotless courtesy car. Could not be more satisfied with their workmanship. Second time i have used them at my own request.

Avoid this garage at all cost

WHERE DO I BEGIN AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COST! MY CAR WAS SENT HERE BY MY INSURANCE AS IT WAS VANDALISED. IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM DAY ONE. FIRSTLY THE WAY THERE CUSTOMER SWRVICE AND MANAGEMENT SPEAK TO THERE CUSTOMERS. I DROPPED MY CAR OFF IN MARCH ORIGINALLY TO BE CALLED AN AWKWARD PR*CK BY THE MANAGER OF THIS DEPO (CANAL STREET BRIERLY HILL)
THEY GOT THE CAR IN WITH NO INTENTION OF STARTING IT THEY HAD THE CAR 2 WEEKS BEFORE IT WAS EVEN LOOKED AT. THEY GAVE ME A CORSA FOR A HIRE CAR WHICH WAS FILTHY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AS APPARENTLY A MEMBER OF THERE STAFF WAS USING IT AND THEY DIDN’T WANT TO GET IT CLEANED SO THEY TOLD ME THE CAR HAD TO BE CLEAN WHEN IT WAS RETURNED! THIS SHOULDN’T BE ASKED OF THE CUSTOMER IF THE CAR WAS GIVEN TO THEM DIRTY. THE CAR THEM MOVED TO THE PENSNETT BRANCH WHERE THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO AN APPALLING STANDARD THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO THEM AND HAS BEEN WITH THEM 5 TIMES NOW AND IS STILL NOT THE MOST RECENT TIME OF THE CAR BEING THERE IT HAD BEEN THERE FOR NEARLY 2 MONTHS WHEN RETURNED TODAY AFTER AN ENGINEER HAD BEEN OUT MULTIPLE TIMES AND TOLD THEM THE WORK WAS NOT UP TO A GOOD STANDARD IT WAS FINALLY COMPLETED TODAY; TO A VERY PIOR STANDARD WITH BITS MISSED OFF WHAT THEY WERE MEANT TO DO OVERSPRAY STILL ALL OVER THE CAR. THEY HAD REMOVED MY REAR QUARTER GLASS TO PAINT THE QUARTER AND RIPPED THE TINT THIS IS NOT GOOD AND THE GARAGE WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT IT DOES NOT CARE AT ALL AND DO NOT WANT TO GET INVOLED WITH ANYTHING. I ADVISE ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE TOLD THERE CAR IS GOING TO THIS GARAGE TO TELL THEM TO CHANGE WHERE THEY ARE SENDING IT. HOPEFULLY LV WILL COME TO SENSE AND STOP USING THIS AWFUL GARAGE AS A REPAIR CENTRE BECAUSE CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER

Great customer service

Great customer service, very helpful team sorted out my SsangYong Rexton when it got rear ended and James went the extra mile sorting out the tailgate release handle. I am very happy with the service and will always use them in future as local to me in Featherstone

This is for the Leeds Branch.

This is for the Leeds Branch.
The insurance company of the car the that hit me used these guys to fix my car (which was pretty bad).
They were fab from start to finish.
Regular communication via text to keep me updated.
They had my car for about 3 months due to waiting for parts from Vauxhall.
A few snags on completion was sorted out very quickly, and my inconvenience was always kept in mind (courtesy car offered- drop off and pickup at a venue of convenience).
These guys were really easy to talk to over the phone, eager to get the job done, fab customer service.💕

Better than a standard pass mark but by no means top of the class !

They weren't bad at Edinburgh Gemini ARC Staff were ok and my damaged car was picked up efficiently and a courtesy car left with me , so that part of it was like clockwork . Not so good was they could not pick up my courtesy car or deliver my repaired car back to me on a day that suited me so i had to drive in to Portobello from out in East Lothian Also if you suffer a puncture in your courtesy car you pay for it seemingly although , luckily that did not happen to me. Repair itself seems fine. And so Gemini Edinburgh get much better than pass marks but are by no means perfect
